Helpful, knowledgeable and nothing's too much trouble for Infoserve!
I have to say that every time I call Curtis Hare (Senior Web Designer at Infoserve.com) he fixes every single problem I throw at him. Often there and then!
Nothing is too much trouble (I know I am) and he is soooooo helpful.
AND they have me on page one of Google. That'll do me! Good job.

Great Service!
We have been using Infoserve to manage our Yahoo listings for over a year now and we have just moved on to their Listings Manager tool as well. Eddie Copland is our Account Manager and nothing it too much trouble for him. I would recommend him and Infoserve to anyone looking to optimise their Companies online presence.

Very professional company from start to finish. Eddie Copland of Infoserve initially called me to verify my business address, and we started chatting about his company handling the advertising for my small business. There was no pressure at all, unlike many other companies who have been phoning and pestering me on a daily basis, to go with them

5 Stars all round! I have had been really well looked after by all the staff I’ve spoken too, more importantly it works 100%! I can’t thank Connor Mundy enough for all his hard work setting up and advising me on the best possible advertisement/website! He’s really gone above and beyond to provide me with an excellent service which my phone has been non stop with calls! I can see a long lasting business relationship with infoserve. Any customers will be extremely happy to have Connor onboard!

Infoserve - Joe Gauchi our account manager
After discovering Joe Gauchi at Infoserve about six years ago, our online advertising has become successful and seamless. The funeral service can be tricky to market and in the past we have had problems with other companies who haven't taken the time to learn our industry, however Joe has always had the sensitivity, knowledge and professionalism to make the most out of our campaign. On dealings with people in the past to do with advertizing left us a bit skeptical as have been ripped off so many times before in the past. After a shaky start we were eventually put through to Rebecca Marshall Who I may add Is In Customer Services I DARLINGTON OFFICE She Was Not Actually Supposed To Be Dealing with The Product That Was Being Sold To Us. This Was Not Her Department She Was Very Patient With Us Spent Hours On The Phone With Us At A time When Others Would Have Got Fed Up And Used A Excuse To Ring Off. She Also Sorted Out Our Website For Us> She Talked Us Through Everything. She Is Also There For After-Care Service As Well ( WASTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE )SHOULD BE IN SALES A EXAMPLE TO THEM ALL.
