After taking us a while to get things sorted due to our company being so busy, Infoserve worked patiently with us to get the website up and running and have been really helpful with everything that we have asked. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I have issues every time I try and send a message via email to the help desk and so have to chase it with a phone call which kind of defeats the point of having an email help system. Once this is done however the staff on the help desk are lovely and very helpful and so I am happy with the service

I am very happy with the services they provide.
I have no IT skills, so it is great being able to contact them and let them know the things I need changing. Then, after they have sent me a copy as to how they have implemented them - and I approve it - it appears’ by magic’ (lol) on my site.

When was first introduced i was naturally sceptical of the promises made.
As my previous supplier i thought was excellent.
Infoserve is on a different level.
The platform integration is a who lot more integrated with my Microsoft account Nd so my messaging service integration to 365 is seamless

So much so now on auto renewal to save even more time and my effort.
And hopefully keep the suppliers costs down and my service supplied better and faster
