Great team to work with! Matt & Daniel have done an amazing job with our Google ad campaign, taking it to a whole new level!!

Would recommend to any small business struggling to improve online sales.

I had a great experience working with Matt and Graham at Infoserve and will definitely be working with them again. I am a Leeds based guitar teacher and wanted to build my presence and ranking on Google to attract new clients. The results of my local SEO campaign have been brilliant and it's led to some very happy long term clients I know for a fact found me via Google search. I felt really looked after by Matt who was my go to contact and Graham did a great job working on the campaign. Highly recommend!

Seems someone got ahold of my info and set up an account under an email address that isn't mine.
I called them to get it canceled and my money refunded and they are refusing to cancel and refund my money.
Now I have to get my bank card replaced a week before xmas.
This company is a sham.

This company adopts the unlawful practice of sending marketing emails without consent (spamming) with numerous trackable hyperlinks. I have had no prior relationship with this company therefore the sending of unsolicited emails does not comply with the Privacy and Electronic Regulations. Accordingly, this has been reported to ICO.

Post review reply: as a data processor the obligation is on you to ensure that all data is clean and compliant with the GDPR including processing personal data with consent. No-one should be obliged to send an email to request removal when they had not signed up at any point.

Post review reply 8 Nov 2024 - despite this review the company continues to send unsolicited email (spam). It is for the sender to ensure that all personal data they hold and process are compliant with GDPR. It is not for recipients to email a specific email address to remove as they should not be holding any personal data without express consent.

Yet another illegal spam email. This time claiming they are accredited Microsoft partners. So how come you don't appear on Microsoft's partner page. Claiming a 4.7 truspilot score. It is actually 3.9 and going down as there appear to be more genuine bad reviews than fake good reviews. It's no good asking for my email address to remove me. You should not be sending out emails without consent in the first place. How about you remove all the email addresses that you don't have consent for.

Spammers. Quote "We have sent this email to "", having found your company details online, as we believe our digital marketing services may be of legitimate interest"
Believe this to be illegal. Have also reported their email to spamcop, if enough do this their sending servers will become blacklisted.

Carly - the person who deals with my account is very knowledgeable. She offers advice and is able to deal with any queries I may have straight away; she doesn’t need to look it up via Google e.g.
I feel that both my business and I are in safe hands.

Scammers. Sent to my business e-mail. They should be ashamed to seek business in this pitiful way.
They have now responded saying not everyone needs their services, missing the point, that they are still SPAMMERS, maybe SCAMMERS, and asking for my e-mail address. I will not supply my address, as I do not trust SPAMMERS.

Lol...So we have to give you the email address you spammed ...so you can remove it....

We have used Infoserve for many many years.
During most of that time we have been looked after by Andy Scott, who has taken time to get to know us as people, our business and its needs. The relationship has been excellent and we have a confidence and trust that Infoserve are looking after us. Andy offers us relevant advice and keeps us up to date with new technology and how it could apply to us. He also keeps us focussed on analytics and statistics.
Most importantly for us, he explains things in simple terms, and doesn't overwhelm us with technical language!
He now feels like part of our team.

Having used Carly/ Infoserve for many years we have always been very happy with the service

We have worked with infoserve for many years now & they have always been most helpful & patient. There work is of a very high standard which results in great websites. They also continue to work with us to ensure that the website is performing as it should.

Spam and junk email senders. Professional marketers they are not. Even after unsubscribing they continue to send drivel of no interest. Perhaps Infoserve need to manage their own marketing campaigns and techniques before wasting other folks money! Ethical Marketing is not spamming..

Great service, knowledge and instant communication. Able to adapt around my busy work schedule and always be available. Took on SEO services this year and we’re very impressed with the knowledge and feedback. I’m convinced this will pay dividends just as the ppc services have

I have had my website with Infoserve for 3 years now and I can not fault the service and help I receive. I have any questions or issues I contact the help desk and they come back to me very quickly either with the advice I need or to say that they are contacting the relevant person to ask for the help.

I am not saying that everything I would like can happen, but the speed in which things are sorted is fantastic. If what I want can't be achieved, they say and tell me alternatives if available.

Most of the time things are sorted within the day I message, occasionally a little longer, due tot he right person being away, or because there is messaging back and forth clarifying what is required.

I have been with Infoserve for years. The staff are always very professional and helpful but I would specifically like to thank Carly for going that extra mile for me and my business she has give an outstanding service.

Scraping data and sending out spam-like e-mails to gain clients. Scummy way to go about business. Constant spam to which I didn't sign up for. I know this is true because I am marked as a webmaster for a client and I can see what they're doing. If it were one e-mail and that's it, fine. It's not, it's now 14 since October.
