Love my Jackets!!
We have 2 denim jackets, 1 pair of the V2 jeans and a couple tshirts now, love the design and quality! Sent back a tshirt previously as was too large, customer service were brilliant,straight forward return/ exchange! Keep up the great work guys, looking forward to what's next!!

They never sent email out no invoice
Had to contact social media number of times just to find out store credit experid

Most stressful shopping experience I’ve ever encountered
I bought a pair of jeans on sale but I returned them because they did not look like the pictures I had to pay to send them back and I was only offered store credit I ordered another pair of jeans had to pay for delivery again just for the product to look nothing like the pictures. The only reason I’m not returning the second pair is because I’ll have to pay for delivery only be offered store credit have to pay for delivery of new product and I’m convinced whatever I purchase will look nothing like I expected. Save your self the hassle and should elsewhere.

Terrible company, bought jeans looked nothing like the picture, the fit was not at all correct, way too tight, then tried to return they didn’t reply to me for over a week even on Instagram too whilst still uploading pictures. They say the can only give store credit on sale items even tho pretty much most of it is in the sale so it’s virtually impossible to get your money back. AVOID

Got store credit for returning some jeans that were not used. I would not recommend this website, the picture was so deceiving they looked nothing like it and now I have to buy something from there site waste of time.

First of all yes I am female but I loved the look of these jeans so much I had to have some and I wasn't disappointed the quality is outstanding the fit is great although next time I will order a smaller size but it was nothing a belt couldn't sort out. Overall inside out denim is definitely my new place to shop for my jeans I can officially say I'm in love keep up the good work ❤️❤️

Do not use
Returned a pair of jeans was the smallest size did not fit, so they automatically exchanged me a size bigger without me saying.
Then when I returned them again for a refund I got store credit because they were a sale item.
Even though as soon as a new product comes out it is automatically a sale item so you will never get a refund.
Scam company do not use!

Ordered a pair of jeans only for them…
Ordered a pair of jeans only for them to look nothing like the image. Now I'm stuck with a £70 credit that I don't want. The returns policy is completely against the law as you should be able to get a refund before 2 weeks. If you changed this, you'd probably have more customers and better reviews! Sort it out.

They stole my money
They stole my money - terrible customer service.
I returned an item within the 14 days after receiving it, due to the jeans being a different style to what I had thought. They’re saying they will only offer me a ‘credit refund’. This is obviously against the law. I have requested a refund into my bank account numerous times but they’ve said no. Stay away from this appalling company.
