I do not recommend that customer service technicians work with this company, they are looking for workers who are far away from the site and they send you there with a request to do a free inspection and tell them the cost so that they can approve the cost for the job. After that, they reduce the cost of your work by half and say that since you are already there, please do the work. During the conversation, they did not know what exactly needed to be done or what the doors that needed to be repaired looked like. After the inspection, it was revealed that these doors were very expensive and difficult to maintain. Additionally, you will not be able to get a refund for the time and gas you spent traveling so far. I refused to do the work, and they said, "Fine, we'll find another employee." Don't waste your time or ask for money in advance.

One out of the three of our three-year-old hand dryers began to go wrong, and probably from ingress of dust our end.

The company was able to inform us that this wasn't usual with that particular model (which is incredibly reasonably priced). Even though it was out of warranty, they helped with a discount code for the replacement, and used a different carrier than normal to get us a weekend delivery.

It's a Sunday and they're all back up and running with minimum disruption to the business.

Now that's customer service and a half!
