Intercity recently moved my mother-in-law from Harrow to Northampton, as well as carrying out a local move for myself. From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic.

The three crew members worked incredibly hard, and as someone who works in the removals industry myself, I genuinely appreciate how much they managed to achieve in one day. What could and probably should have been a two-day move, the team went above and beyond to complete in just one day, helping to accommodate what was a complex situation. Their dedication, efficiency and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive.

They were friendly, professional, helpful and exceptionally hard-working, making what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier.

The office staff were also brilliant. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process was made simple and straightforward from beginning to end.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making both moves such a success. You should all be incredibly proud of the service you provide.

The two guys who came to do my move were polite, helpful and efficient. They treated my items carefully and did a really good job. I accidentally let them pack my violin and was very worried about this, but it turned up in perfect condition at the other end, so that gets them an extra thumbs up from me!

We moved from Bristol to Portishead and we were really happy with the service provided by Intercity Removals. We had a video call assessment initially to arrange the quote and did have to move our date a couple of times - they were keen for us to give a date, though we didn't have our completion date at that point. In the end it did fall on a Friday, so we had to pay a little extra due to higher demand. Shane came out on the Thursday and packed up 70% then he returned the next day with Hussein, Tristan and Ben, early doors to finish the packing and loading the vans. The team were very pleasant and professional, 'got on with the job', nothing seemed too much to ask and they made what could be a very stressful day, very smooth. Just when our energies were totally depleted preparing for a house move Shane, Hussain, Ben and Trystan arrived. What a cracking team of great guys. They took control and moved us swiftly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble. They definitely were the best removal team we've ever had.
Gabriel, in the office, is a lovely guy who helped us every step of the way with our booking, which we were grateful for.

After shipping our belongings from the USA to the UK, Intercity Removals were charged with moving our cargo to its final destination in South Devon. Our delivery agent, Rositsa, was adept at coordinating customs clearance and George went above and beyond to ensure that we received our items on time and in perfect condition. The delivery guys were punctual and provided a rapid (but careful) unloading service. We are grateful to Intercity Removals for their efficient, friendly, and accommodating team.

We had a pack and move service. Efficiently organised with a video phone assessment, the team turned up in force, packed very speedily and safely, and moved ahead of time. All of the staff I had dealings with - both in the office, and on site - were friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

The team moved us from Cardiff to London, into a fourth floor mansion flat with antique furniture and heavy boxes. Whole experience was best we’ve had. Excellent response from first contact to the last box. Highly recommended.

Intercity Removals moved us from Bath to Caerphilly, via their storage for 3 months. We were completely satisfied with all aspects of their service. The removers were very efficient and speedy at packing things up for us and also delivering and rebuilding our beds. Our purchase was delayed so our goods were in storage for longer than we anticipated, but this was accepted without any problems. I would certainly use Intercity again if we need to move again.

The guys were so efficient, polite and hard working. They made our house move as stress free as possible. This is the second time we’ve used this company and top service again. They know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service from office staff, emails and calls clear and called when they said they would. We moved in the middle of a storm but the delivery team led by Shane, with Edy and Azzem were just wonderful, they took the weather , access challenges and our stress levels in their stride, nothing was too much trouble. The team of Edy,Auras,Alex,Mathew and Valetin were efficient and courteous on the move day. Their attention to detail and care made for a less stressful experience and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We had the pleasure of super doper, hard working friendly team of removers, lead by super man Shane. They worked swiftly, but taking care with our furniture. Nothing was too much for the team Shane, Chris, Kaseem & Matthew I felt I was in safe hands.

From the first call to intercity the team were extremely helpful. They delivered boxes and extra boxes when we needed them. On the day the removals team, Stuart, Ben, Chris, Kasim and Thomas arrived promptly and worked really hard. They organised our belongings on the vans so that we felt secure knowing that they would be safe. Nothing was too much trouble.
When I called a few weeks later, they collected the empty boxes.
