A fantastic and professional experience from enquiry to move. Would highly recommend the company and if you can get the team we had, then you are on to a winner. Ben, Chris and Puiu arrived on time, were polite and respectful and even accepted a cuppa from me without complaint! ( I don't make a good cuppa at anytime)
Fully focussed on the job the guys worked hard to get the job done without scrimping on consideration for all our things, even the crappy stuff we had accumulated over the years!
Where needed they ensured items were safely wrapped and transported and went above and beyond moving even the smallest items, without a murmur or a grumble!
The guys involved us in all parts of their delivery to our new house....asking where things went, making sure items went to the right rooms etc.
Once the job was completed, the guys made sure we were satisfied and left. All in all a great experience with the firm and the delivery guys and would be happy the recommend the guys doing the job and the company itself. and would use again ndighly recommend

Fantastic service. From survey to delivery, their communication was exceptional and their flexibility over and above my expectations. On the big day their team worked effectively and efficiently. This company is amazing. Right from calling them and speaking to Andrew. Then the videocall and the quote coming through same day.
On the moving day 26/03/25, they guys turned up promptly with smiles on their faces and working so hard carrying everything.
We had to wait quite a while for the key but they were all still upbeat and we had group hugs after everything had been carried in. we can't thank Bran, Ionut, Jayden, Stuart and Hussain enough and not forgetting Tom who kept in touch the whole time.

David,Ben,Chris,Will and Pawel were friendly and courteous and worked hard . it made the experience stress- free, I would certainly recommend the company to others. Also incredible efficient as I only gave 2 days notice after being let down by someone else.

What a great company to deal with from start to finish , the delivery team of Florin and Catalin were fantastic , they worked quickly efficiently, courteously and with total respect for the goods and how they handled them . I would absolutely recommend this company and last but not least their rates are very competitive .

Exceptional service from start to finish - we couldn't recommend Intercity Removals more highly. Tristan, David and Puiu were brilliant on the day - professional, friendly, efficient and moved our belongings with care. The office team were also very helpful and made the planning/logistics of the move seamless despite the distance (Bristol to London). We would highly recommend their services for a smooth moving and cost-effective moving experience.

What can I say Intercity Removals were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual courteous and very hard workers nothing was to much trouble they were careful and handled everything with extreme care.

Honestly Tristan and his team on the day were fantastic! On time, considerate of property and goods and Tristan himself was really keen to ensure everything went in exactly the right place and he even offered tips to help in so many ways. He also helped us with a smoke alarm that was beeping!
The quote was VERY competitive and pre move service excellent. 2nd time we have used them. Won’t use anyone else now. Thank you Tristan and team x

Brilliant service, crew were very prompt and even arrived earlier than expected. The entire team were very organised and made the whole experience stress free. Would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was good from beginning to end. I had a quick and efficient whatsapp call with Adrian. He was very courteous even though I changed the appointment about five times! Communication was really good, especially as I had to delay the move date by 2 months. The move itself went really smoothly. Stuart, Hussain and Niku were really efficient and friendly. Everything arrived and was well placed in the house in one piece, especially considering I had a lot of fragile objects to move. They were also competitively priced. Would definitely have them again.

Moving is stressful. Our house move was delayed several times. Throughout the process Tom, the co-ordinator, was patient and communicated clearly. The team who packed up our house and moved us were calm, polite and incredibly helpful. They lightened the physical and emotional load. I would highly recommend Intercity Removals.

Second time we have used this company in the past few years. They managed to get us booked in at quite short notice (under a week) for a move from south to west wales. Service is fantastic from the initial consultation and video survey with Adrian, to the actual move day with David, Edy and Auras. Everything is taken care of and they treat your possessions with the upmost respect. Everything is loaded into the van and secured properly. They were also very competitive in price with 2 local companies trying to charge £1200 for a 70 mile half day return trip which is frankly ridiculous. So well done to intercity removals providing such a great service and not trying to rip people off which is refreshing to see in 2024. Thanks again

Had a FAB move recently, and the 'boys' Tristan, Aurash, and Andrei were a great bunch, and were polite and helpful, and carried out an excellent job on the day. I will call Intercity Removals, if I need to move again.

As before I have been using them for several years without any issues.

Its east to set up the job, good communication during the work and the team they sent out did a great job.

There was one minor issue this time, but the sign of a good company is when its resolved quickly and without fuss.

To begin with I thought they were great, professional and they seemed flexibility and had resiliency within their business to make things work. They promised that if we let them know our moving date 5 days in advance of completion / moving date that they would be able to accommodate us. Even though we had more than 5 days to the moving date they said that they couldn't help us which has left us in a difficult position to find other removals which are hopefully reliable.

Just to provide further clarity to customers following intercity’s response. Yes I received the quote and called them after to discuss if I needed to pay the deposit or not. They stated not to do anything until we confirmed the completion date. This is contrary to what they are implying below. I called more than 5days in advance, as they suggested, once the completion date was confirmed.

Our move team, Marius and Eduard, were fantastic, packed carefully and quickly and were very helpful. Also great communication from the office team, especially Tom! Would give them 6 stars if we could. Thanks guys!

Our experience with Intercity Removal was in a word…sensational. You are so professional and helpful and just an amazing service from beginning to end. Thank you so much.

Really could not fault the removal team of Marius, Prince, Ionut, Pawel and Hussain, literally worked their socks off during what was then the hottest day of the year, 19th July. The planning/management of the move/packing (which took place the previous day at additional cost to ourselves) was not good leaving the guys on the day of the move to deal with far more packing than they should have to do, hence 3stars. We also had a journey of 3 hours, 4hours in the vans, of which there were 3. Suggested next day delivery to office but answer was no, upshot was the guys left us very apologetically at 03:30 20th July having unloaded. Boxes everywhere! Apologies and flowers followed which were appreciated.
