They don’t even deserve one star .

They don’t even deserve one star .. ruined my special day .. i booked lillies for 3.7k and all of them came in damaged and poor conditions..
I wish i could share pictures and they don’t even refund and their service is poor .. all they were ready is to give some discount on my next order.. but who the hell would order again after such a horrible experience
I am taking this to the consumer court for sure because its my hard earned money on top of that they ruined my special day and no call by their team yet which i was promised yesterday.
I am going to tag them on X and share my experience as well. The problem is not the money.. its their carelessness after charging premium price.

If you want to ruin your day then be my guest and order from Interflora. I’m in bangalore and I ordered couple of items for next day delivery at a fixed time by paying extra delivery fee as it was my wife’s birthday the next day.

However next morning there is no delivery and I’m getting messages that it’s dispatched. When I call up they tell me that the flowers I have ordered are not available and can we choose an alternative, two other items also are not available. Then randomly only the fourth item arrives way past the time and still no sign of the other 3.

When I call up, they still are grappling with what items to offer alternatively for the ones not available…..and hence more delay….what a complete mess!
So all in all, not only were the items delayed but the ones coming in were not even the ones I chose in the first place!!! What a shitty experience ruining the day!!! Don’t ever rely on interflora!

Update March 18 :
Following Interflora India's public reply, I was contacted again by email. Unfortunately, the proposed resolution remains unchanged (50% wallet credit + 50% refund), which I have clearly declined.

I do not intend to use their services again, and a wallet credit is therefore not an acceptable solution.

I am still waiting for a full refund to my original payment method.

I placed an order through IGP/Interflora India in October (Order #16135692). Unfortunately, the experience turned into months of frustrating exchanges with customer service.

IGP claims that the order was successfully delivered, yet no proof of delivery has ever been provided (no recipient confirmation, no signature, no photograph, no delivery report), despite several requests.

Since October, I have been trying in good faith to resolve this matter through their support and escalation team. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I repeatedly received the same automated responses.

The only “solution” offered was a credit to the IGP Wallet, which requires placing another order with the same company. I explained several times that this is not a refund and that I simply requested reimbursement to the original method of payment.

After months of exchanges, the latest proposal is now a partial refund combined with a wallet credit — which again obliges the customer to use their platform.

At this point, after trying for several months to resolve the situation amicably, I feel it is important to share my experience so other customers are aware of how such cases may be handled.

I hope IGP will still choose to resolve this matter properly.

Like many others before and many others after me.

Ordered two boutiques from the uk for deliver for a 80th birthday and both clearly show the flowers dropping fully opened and majority petals drooping.

Like many before me, they wouldn’t acknowledge and continued with the stubborn line of they were fresh and of quality.

The quality was notorious clear evidence given of the quality. They kept saying over and over there were of good quality and clearly weren’t!

When asked for a replacement was given 10% discount like many before and many to come after.

Update
Continuously they keep repeating the same thing as if it’s going to change the photographic evidence of flowers fully bloomed, dropped outer petals and drooping! Drooping on one of the boutiques was so tightly packed you could see they were fully bloomed and starting to be on their way out!

Now they’ve offered 15% off!

A heartbreaking and unacceptable experience.
We were devastated by our order with Interflora India. The flowers were for a young cousin’s funeral in the USA, and we had no choice but to use this service. What arrived was completely inappropriate — bright, colourful flowers with red ribbons that looked more suited to a birthday than a funeral. We specifically ordered white, and nothing about the arrangement reflected that.
To make matters worse, the condolence message was incomplete, leaving off all but one of the names it was supposed to include. At such a sensitive time, this level of carelessness is deeply upsetting. For an international service that claims to be premium, this was profoundly disappointing.
Update from Interflora reply to my review
Thank you for your message. I need to reiterate that a 15% refund is not an acceptable resolution.

The issue is not a minor variation. The wreath delivered was not the product I ordered.
I ordered a full wreath with no centre opening, in a specific colour palette.
What was delivered was a different style of wreath entirely.

This is not a reasonable substitution based on availability — it is a completely different item.

Given the significant deviation from the product description, the incorrect style, and the distress caused due to this being for a funeral, I am requesting that this matter be escalated to a senior manager. A full refund is appropriate in this situation.

Please confirm the next steps for processing the full refund.

Order not received on time!

I placed an order on March 6th for next-day delivery, expecting it to be a surprise bouquet for my wife. Unfortunately, the order never arrived and the surprise was completely ruined. And they marked the order as delivered!

It has now been three days since the scheduled delivery. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I kept receiving promises that the bouquet would be delivered “today” or “soon,” but nothing was actually delivered. As of today, they have stopped answering calls altogether. And no refunds issued.

On top of that, their website is not user-friendly when it comes to requesting refunds or resolving order issues.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this website, especially if you are planning something time-sensitive or a special surprise or ordering online from out of the country for someone special in India!!

Update - Order received after multiple follow ups with support and 3 days late. Flowers came pretty fresh no complaints with the presentation. Surprise already ruined by the time it was received as the local delivery partner had contacted the recipient already.
May use their service in future but with extreme caution!

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Order is not delivered at and no one is responding any calls. Writing does not help as no one even reply on the support mailbox. No amount is refunded.
Want to request for a refund but not able to connect to them on any channels.
Looks completely scam!! Stay away. Prefer other providers.

This is my second bad experience with…

This is my second bad experience with Interflora. Never again. The bouquet delivered looks much cheaper than the image on the website in terms of flower quality and freshness and they never acknowledge their mistake even when clear evidence is presented.

Very disappointed with my recent order

Very disappointed with my recent order. The flowers were not fresh on arrival and looked wilted, which completely ruined a special occasion for us. For something meant to celebrate an important moment, the quality was far below expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order and they missed almost half the items. I understand that but when I filed a complaint, they kept repeating like a bot that they delivered it. NO YOU DIDN'T.

When I asked for the proof, they ghosted me. There wee taleast 5 agents repeating the same thing. One said he will process the refund, and then again, they claim that they will deliver it.

NOOOO, I just want my money back. Please be aware before paying your money.

Poor customer service response

It’s for the customer service response, standard template response..The actual picture looked bigger, so hence I went ahead and ordered this so called premium product..when the actual product got delivered it looked much smaller and definitely not worth that much cost..should have got it from a local vendor itself, my bad decision..just gave a feedback and they called me and asked me to share all the details..which I eventually did and their response was sorry for the unpleasant experience..we deeply regret and accept our apologies..they mentioned a note saying that the actual product might look different from what shown in the website..seriously..wasted my money! I have ordered previously from them but this time both the product and the customer service was horrible, looks like they are habitual offenders in terms of service and support

I ordered flowers for valentines day - same day delivery. They were not contactable at all. Flowers never got delivered. The day after still no response. Can't reach their whatsapp, phone number, email. Pathetic service, Scam shop. Waste of time, money. Can't even get a response on the refund.
