We also greatly appreciate your constructive feedback. Our learning content and syllabus are reviewed and updated regularly to stay aligned with current industry trends. While we’ve recently completed a syllabus revision, we’re pleased to share that several units already explore key advancements such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, Machine Learning, and more. We will continue to expand on these areas and integrate additional emerging topics in our next scheduled update to ensure our learners remain at the forefront of the industry.

In regards to the waiting times to receive your Diploma, we completely understand how important this is to our learners and appreciate your patience. Once a course is completed, we request the IoSCM completion team to begin both internal and external verification processes. These quality assurance steps are very thorough to ensure the integrity and accreditation of your qualification, and as a result, they can take up to 12 weeks to complete.

While we understand this may feel like a long wait, especially after all your hard work, these steps are essential to maintain the high standards our qualifications are known for. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we're always here to keep you updated on the status of your certification.

Additionally, if you're attending an interview and your verification has been completed but you're waiting for the certificate, our Support Team can provide an official confirmation letter for potential employers.

As for the £75 charge for a hardcopy certificate, this fee helps cover the administrative costs. While many learners are happy with a digital certificate, we offer the hardcopy as an optional extra for those who would like a physical version.
