I am so glad i did take the opportunity and have completed the Level 6 in Operations Management.
The material which has been provided by the Institute on the platform is so good. The Institute also make you to do a lot of research. Lots of new knowledge has been gained and already has been put into the practice.

Pleasure to study at IOSCM
Studying at the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) for my Level 5 Diploma was a great experience. The course took me just over a year, and the flexibility was invaluable, especially since I was balancing a full-time job and a complex project. The ability to complete assignments at my own pace made it much easier to manage my schedule.
The tutors were always responsive, providing helpful feedback on my assignments and offering guidance on how to improve. It was also very easy to arrange a call whenever I needed additional support.

Some pros and cons for NVQ6 supply chain
I found it surprisingly easy to work my way through a level 6 diploma in supply chain management with IoSCM.
Pro: The material was comprehensive and the assessments were thorough and reviewed in great detail. The tutors gave great constructive feedback. I found it an easy way to obtain a bachelor whilst working at the same time. Not having to attend a physical university was a big pro.
Con: The material was presented in text form with minimal visuals. People who have different learning styles may struggle with this. I think the courses could have benefitted from video material like pre-recorded lessons or lectures.

Recommend for supply chain courses
Having completed a 2 year supply chain management and operations I must say I am pleased with the IOSCM , their tutors and study materials provided.
Yes, sometimes the grading could be faster but generally never had a problem.
Tutor feedback was always helpful and allowed me to progress and work to a better standard.
I have learnt a lot which helps with my role as supply chain coordinator.

Worst experience I got from this first…
Worst experience I got from this first time online course. Initially everything was good as it usually happens but in second unit, after Submitting assignments result was received in a month's time and it was always referred because of silly reasons like on answer sheet IoSCM logo was not clear or why did not you mention my last comment in resubmission and so on by Neeraj Nagrale.

Thank you for your feedback. In your first unit of study the Assessors aim is to ensure your work is at the appropriate standard for your level of professional qualification. This means they may grade your work a pass with instructions on what to change for your next unit. At this stage it would be an expectation of the awarding organisation that work was meeting all of the standards.
Learners are not able to alter the assessment template (this will be what the logo question relates to) and why must establish why tutor feedback has not be actioned by the learner. It is not acceptable to still be working at the same standard as you progress through your course, that is why the tutor will design their feedback to help you meet the required expectations. This is all tutors not just the one you have mentioned within the review and this is an expectation of OFQUAL (The UK Professional Body) and our Awarding organisation. We are sorry if this feedback has not supported you with your academic progress, and we would encourage you to reach out to The Learning Support team to discuss attending an upcoming induction session where we talk through this process in more detail to provide a comprehensive overview of the expectations of learners at each level and the required academic improvements as they progress through units of learning.

What a great experience
What a great experience. Having been a supporter of IOSCM for several years now I have to say the institute is doing a great job of keeping the industry moving forward. The publications and events are a great way to spread the word about how far the industry has progressed and is helping me keep up to date with everything that is happening. This year’s awards were absolutely fantastic, recognising some outstanding talent. Great work

Absolutely Superb Night! The general flow of the evening moved along nicely. Host was great and had a lot of personality. Fantastic to see so many great people be recognised. You could see that so much hard work had gone into creating an overall superb night!

Excellent night to celebrate many successes
The event was held in a lovely venue with fabulous hosts to celebrate the success of both individuals and businesses. It was an absolute pleasure to attend and a bonus to have won an award.
The only downside to the event was it felt very rushed however, that did not ruin the experience.

IoSCM 2024 Awards
I was extremely pleased by the entire organisation of the event and the way all the Awards were presented. There was clearly in time follow-up with all the details prior the event which made it easy to find the location and all needed as a preliminary preparation. The restaurant, the dinner food and the entire atmosphere with the music were overall at a very high standard. My partner and I had an excellent location of the table to be able to see the stage clearly. It was also a relaxed evening in the end and I was able to have a chat with a few IoSCM members. An experience to remember!

the course it's useless, and nobody answering to the emails and helping with a course
everything went wrong! I really wanted to do this cours to the end but unfortunately I haven't seen any suppor. I send emails about the problems with logging to the platform and nobody helped me. Very good, money has been taken, but nobody helped me to finish this course and get the certificate

Can we ask you to please check who you are studying with? You are not studying with IoSCM. You are a learner with a training provider approved to deliver IoSCM qualifications so this review is not about IoSCM We have checked with them and you have access to their learning platform and have not made them aware of any issues, they have also tried to contact you numerous times, including yesterday when the phone cut off after the team member introduced themselves. We would ask you contact them urgently to discuss your issues as you have not started on your studies so they would like to help you with this.
The IoSCM team would also request you remove this review as it is about a different business. We would ask if you do have concerns about the company you have chosen to study with and do not want to speak with them about your concerns that you communicate with IoSCM instead so we can help you resolve any issues you have.
