Shiela Hickerton was a great help throughout my journey with my son’s EHCP. I felt like I was fighting a losing battle, but she and the team stuck by me every step of the way.

This service has been amazing, and it has been a real pleasure. I honestly thought I would never see the day, but thanks to their support, we finally got there.

Needed advice for an ongoing issue with my daughter not having a college placement and no college named on her EHCP. I was recommended the service but they have never had appointments available online and when you phone, it says lines are busy then hangs up. Does anybody ever get through to them?
I’ve been trying everyday for a month at various times. Complete waste of time.

Don't even bother with the helpline! Called 20 times today and cannot get through cannot get into an on hold queue and cannot leave a message! Total waste of time

From personal experience - these people are waste of time. Unfortunately.

IPsea training company . I did my research before signing up and paying £1600 for levels 1-3 SEND courses .
As time past I found this company never answered my emails that I required help and support . And when I finally DID get a response I was told if I was struggling with the subject matter then they couldn’t help me . However I could pay MORE money to get some 1:1 support from them if I wanted ?
I found this company to be uniformed where it came to details in their exam answers and queried them on several occasions . I would defiantly NOT recommend this company for TRAINING purposes and I’m so disappointed that what should of been an exciting time for myself learning a new subject ended up being stressful , frustrating and a regret of spending so much money for nothing in return !!

Great people,great advice we as parent would not know what to do with our children .
