Fantastic Customer Service and Fast Support!

I recently experienced an unexpected issue with my iScooter, which is always frustrating, but the company's response was absolutely flawless. From the moment I reached out, the communication was incredibly smooth, helpful, and polite.

They quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly sent out the replacement parts I needed without any hassle. It’s rare to see a company stand behind their product so efficiently. Exceptional post-purchase support—I highly recommend iScooter!

1 Star – Misleading Delivery Times and Poor Customer Service

I would not recommend iScooter based on my experience.

The website states delivery within 1–3 working days, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase. I placed my order on Tuesday, and by the following Monday it still hadn’t been delivered. The tracking showed it was still sitting at the main hub with no meaningful updates.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that orders take 24 hours to process and that the 1–3 working day delivery estimate only starts after processing. This is not made clear on the website and means the advertised delivery timeframe is unrealistic.

I also tried contacting iScooter directly. The customer service phone number simply rang out with no answer. The courier contact number provided by iScooter was just a mobile number, and nobody answered that either.

Had I known the true delivery times, I would not have purchased this scooter as it was intended as a birthday present for my son. Because of the delay, I missed his birthday.

Overall, the delivery estimates appear misleading, communication is poor, and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

FRAUD COMPANY

I ordered a scooter, the scooter has not been receive. The company is not offering me my refund. They are passing my case from one personal to another and I am not getting anywhere. Do not give this company your Money!! You will loose it. SCAM

Nothing but high praise

I had no problem picking what I wanted easy accessible website with valuable information it did take a while to arrive at my destination but it arrived so there’s not much complaining unfortunately due to medical reasons I had to return it nonetheless the refund was granted on the same day which just shows how easy the whole process was.

good quality

it was good and the scooter had airless, was reasonably fast and had a surprisingly long battery life for £208. it’s good quality and probably will purchase later in the future again

I had problems with my sons scooter…

I had problems with my sons scooter spin emailed for support, iscooter communicated very promptly and never left me waiting, I got the scooter repaired and they reimbursed me without any hassle would recommend

Excellent customer service


Excellent customer service from iScooter. When my scooter developed a fault, Karl and the support team were very helpful and professional throughout the warranty process. They kept me updated, arranged a replacement part, and provided goodwill compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciate their support and commitment to resolving my issue. i8 & i10

I bought i8 & i10 (1 unit each). When they arrived, I have unboxed, I found the models are not suitable for my grandsons so I wanted to exchange both of the model with i9. But then Mr Karl (customer service supervisor)offered me a very best solution and I agreed with that. Now I'm happy. And credit goes to Mr Karl. Thank you Mr Karl for your best solution and professional skills to deal with the clients. Appreciated

Do not order- SCAMM

Do not order, scooter did not arrive. They asked me to report to the police and delivery company which I have. Company who delivered have taken fault, crime reference number produced from local police, local police advised they do not give ‘reports’ to victims of crime just reference numbers which the company call call them and verify. All proof given to company with screen shots and online chat transcripts. Company will not proceed without a report which is not given. Scam company, I doubt the item was sent in the first place. Stay away, do not waste your money

I bought an iScooter for my son and…

I bought an iScooter for my son and within a month it started showing error codes and stopped working. After running the tests they requested, we found the motor controller had failed. They sent a replacement but the repair cost £60. Since it was so new, I wasn’t willing to pay. At first they offered half, but eventually they covered the full amount.

Their communication was quick and efficient, and in the end the issue was resolved. The scooter is working fine now, so thank you for sorting it out.

brilliant service

this company was very good as i had zero issues with the scooter or communication and i would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. i especially love how they shipped it in a fast manner and i received it 2 days after ordering it.
