There was a tiny scratch on the body when it arrived, probably happened during transit. Contacted customer service and they apologized immediately and sorted out a fair compensation. Appreciate the quick fix.

I bought a scooter for my son and worked perfectly for 5 months. Then it started dying when battery was at 2 bars. I sent emails and got fast professional responses and eventually they sent me a new battery. Swapped it over with a video they sent me showing me how and it worked perfectly again. 5 stars because they fixed my problem fast and made my son happy again.

I bought My son the IX3 scooter last year, Its only 8 months old. If I came here to review it when he got it, It would be 5 stars, Well now I wouldn't even give it one. The accelerator clamp has broke. Contacted them as the replacement part has been out of stock of ages. They told Me to keep checking back to see when stock is updated. So My Son now has a £400 scooter that He cant ride. I bought this with plenty of reviews about how good it was and bought as it has UK flag on the site and thought parts would be plentiful. They told me to look for part on Ebay and Amazon. I got one from Amazon, But didn't work. How can this part be out of stock? They also cant take part of another scooter in stock. What an absolute disgrace. How long is this scooter going to be off road. I would avoid this company if the parts aren't readily available. Such a shame as it really is some machine. Disappointed.

Wouldn’t even give them 1*!!! Stay away at all costs. I ordered a scooter for my son’s birthday. I opened the product, charged it up fully but it won’t work! I’ve been backwards & forwards sending videos requested by the company. After finally going mad asking for a refund I’ve now been told I need to buy a multi-meter to do another test. 5 weeks on and my son still can’t use his birthday present. I’ll be going to trading standards!! Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole

Ordered and received a new front wheel for my grandsons scooter. Fixing bolt was missing from the pack. Contacted customer service and Karl eventually took on my complaint and offered a partial refund, which I accepted.
Refund issued almost immediately.
Satisfactory outcome in the end.

Awful. Bought scooter as a present and when opened the steering column is bent. So the upright and wheel to the steering column is off set about 1 to 2 inches to the left.
Initially they were apologetic and said they would look into it. Sent images and videos as requested.
Offered me some free gifts to keep it but when I declined and just asked for a replacement they now suddenly say there is nothing wrong and within operating parameters.

Asked for refund, but now being told I have to pay to send it back. Not surprised now as you only don't have to pay on faulty products.

**update** Still no refund offer, they have now offered £36 discount and I can go get the issue repaired....sham of a company. Issue now raised with Paypal.

Still no refund, had all the excuses given to me, staff training day, outside of refund period (the issue was notified the day of delivery), they can't refund while I have complaint in with PayPal and I need to cancel the complaint first.
Last email wanted me to agree to their terms for a refund one of the terms was that the amount I get back could be less due to currency conversion rates.
Honestly if you are thinking of buying from these I'd think again. Am having all these issues and all I done was take the scooter out the box. Can't imagine what would happen trying to make a warranty claim further down the line.

Brought my son a scooter from these was sent out pretty much straight away . Came within a couple days and my son is lovely his new birthday present.

Iscooters are good value for money . Furthermore, when I had a problem popping up , the support from iscooter was very quick , fair and followed through on . The company is friendly and easy to deal with . 5 star company .

When I purchased my E-bike from iScooter it arrived well within the 3days as advertised

It was well packed and super easy to assemble, however on my first road trial I discovered the speed settings all defaulted to maximum power.

On contacting iScooter service support they immediately offered a replacement or wait for a replacement controller.

I opted to wait as it seemed the best option rather than disassembling and returning my bike.

The service support team were brilliant in keeping me updated and getting a replacement controller delivered.

A simple swap out with the faulty controller and I was up and running in no time. This time every thing worked perfectly.

Having now given my bike a proper road test on all types of terrain I’m absolutely delighted with it. Really solid and well constructed and for the price the quality is excellent.

I bought two i9 scooters for my twins and after 7 months one of the batteries failed.

I was out of warranty but customer service stepped in and we agreed a suitable outcome so that both kids are now happily riding around on their iScooters again.

My iscooter developed the E14 error.i contacted the company for repair centres over 3 weeks ago. They still haven't got back to me. The customer service is complete swear word!!! Do not even think about buying anything from this company.stear clear. Avoid like the plague

Habe ein Ebike über diese Firma gekauft. Ein kleines Plastikteil, dass verhindert, dass Wasser in den Rahmen eindringt, wurde nicht geliefert und auch nach Reklamation nicht geliefert.
Ich wollte eine zweite Batterie haben, um die Reichweite zu erhöhen. Auf der Website war im Shop die Batterie angezeigt aber nicht lieferfähig. Ich sollte ab und zu nachschauen, um diese zu erwerben. Nach einen mehrfachen Mailverkehr bat ich nach einem Jahr darum, diese Batterie jetzt endlich verbindlich zu bestellen. Daraufhin musste ich Kaufdatum, Mailadresse, Lieferadresse uws. angeben, um als Antwort zu erhalten: Sie können die Batterie nicht liefern, sie ist nicht mehr im Angebot. Das dazu gehörige E-City-Bike verkaufen die jedoch immer noch.

Wrong item sent , not compatible with my scooter, I thought that using iscooter genuine website I would get better support but sadly not the case, when I asked for a refund they refused , I am now £50 out of pocket ,,,, stay well clear of this company !!!!

I bought an iScooter iX5S, and after riding it for less than 70 miles, it has already developed a major fault. The scooter completely loses power while riding. Even after leaving it to fully charge, it refuses to go any faster than 8 mph.
​I reached out to their customer support team and sent over clear evidence demonstrating exactly what the scooter is doing. Instead of offering a solution or a replacement, they just keep stalling and asking for more evidence.
​The communication has been incredibly unhelpful, and they are very slow to respond to emails. I expected much better product quality and support for a scooter at this price point. Avoid this company if you want a reliable scooter or reliable customer service.

We bought 2 electric bikes from I scooter and I have been really impressed with the quality of the bikes, we bought them to take on holiday with us, they worked to perfection and were really easy to ride, the battery is amazing and never let us down, we got asked all the time where we bought them from and we had no problem recommending this company because I know they will deliver what they promise.
We were so impressed with this company that when we wanted to buy a hoverboard and scooter for my grandsons birthday we used this company because I knew the quality of these items would be excellent.
We had a slight problem with the order, and needed their customer service which turned out to be excellent, nothing was a problem and it was sorted out with in a day.
I would recommend this company if you are looking for any electric bikes/scooters/hoverboards.
It is great to find a company that delivers what they promise.
