I've used isubscribe for a number of years now - very pleased with the service and saved money by renewing my magazine subscription.

Price not bad. Had this as a gift fir a few years now.

Very happy with my subscription of the Sainsbury’s Magazine. Get it posted every month through my door, so I never miss an issue, and a timely reminder to renew. All good.

Isubscribe is a great company because it's very user friendly. The prices are amazing. It's so much cheaper to buy a subscription from Isubscribe than from the company that publishes the magazine. I think this is my third year of renewing the Vogue for my granddaughter and I don't think the price has changed much in all that time. You also get loyalty points which you can use against your next purchase. Also they have a great customer service

Best price I could find for my magazine subscription. I'm not due to receive my first copy until November but as long as it all goes smoothly I would highly recommend to purchase your magazine subscriptions through this company.

The reason I subscribed to The Lady magazine was I used to get the lady (I think it was like a newspaper production) when 17/18 yrs of age, I was at the time living in Esher in Surrey as a mothers help (some of the best years of my life) and seeing The Lady Magazine in Marks & Spencer's recently it brought back loads of fabulous memories of when I lived & worked in London & surrounding areas, from 16.5 years old to 21yrs old at which time I returned home to Liverpool to persue a new career . So I thought I would treat myself to a subscription @ the grand old age if 69 (still young at heart)

I have purchased magazines in the past, it is so easy to subscribe very happy.

Received an email within minutes of starting the 'subscription' saying 4 to 6 weeks for the first magazine, quite a shock as I had put the subscription to start with the August edition. The only option to pay was by Direct Debit, two weeks later they have not applied a Direct Debit to the account, it seems that I can forget the August edition. I called the customer service number on the isubscribe website to check if all was well, the lady involved worked at the actual magazine I had subscribed to, they have no record of the subscription, the customer number given by iSubscribe was not in their format. I also mentioned that the website said that the magazine's publishers would be applying the Direct Debit and be paid directly, they said this would not happen, it was against their privacy policy to take banking details from a third party. There is no number to call isubcribe directly, the only number they give is for the magazine publishers who quite frankly have no idea what is going on. So it appears I have given my bank details, all my personal details and believe I had set up a subscription for a magazine to receive nothing but misinformation. I contacted them by their contact form, received an automated reply saying it would be 4 to 6 weeks, an industry standard before I would receive my subscription. Strange, I have subscribed with other magazines in the past, received a magazine with in the week and been allowed to pay via credit card. I have asked for this 'subscription' to be cancelled. I await their reply and will amend the review as required. Reply received a week later, blames the publisher who still does not know who I am or anything about a subscription. iSubcribe tells me to email the publisher to cancel business with iSubscribe even though it has been cancelled in writing to them 7 days. I would advise anyone to subscribe directly with a magazine ad in iSubscribe's mindset that is what you are doing as they seem to wash their hands of you as soon as you hit the buy button and just pass all your detail or not, to a third party. Two weeks have passed and a direct debit for DC Thomson has appeared on my account even through DC Thomson has said in writing there is no subscription and iSubscribe are fully aware that the subscription is a subscription that was cancelled weeks ago and have not reply to my emails. I begin to wonder if iSubscribe is run from someone's kitchen table. The direct debit has been cancelled, I'm gobsmacked that DC Thompson have used my banking details when it is against their own privacy policy. I have just received an email from DC Thompson that says they did receive instruction from iSubscribe within the last week and have cancelled the subscription as soon as it was received, they apparently do not have my banking details, yet that does no explain why DC Thompson have set up a direct debit.

STILL waiting and waiting for the first magazine to arrive - a very disappointing birthday for my husband….

Easy,clear, no fuss process

I love the PuzzleLife Sudoku magazines and I couldn't find them anywhere. Then I saw I could subscribe and get them delivered which is great. Not received first magazine yet but I like the website

I tried to place an order three times, but got there in the end with advice from company, hence the four stars.
