We're not experts so were not 100% sure what components we needed. The video helped a lot. A quick phone call with the office where we got through to a human expert to confirm we were buying the right part quite quickly was appreciated.

Ordered a campervan fridge from Jacksons and unfortunately, due to my error its was the wrong one. The process for returning, credit and repurchase was efficient and painless. I now have the correct fridge fitted and would not hesitate to use Jackson’s again.

Damaged goods
The thetford toilet was delivered in 2 days but it was badly damaged, photos taken and sent to Jacksons within the hour of opening the package. They wanted me to fill out a didgital form, take photos of packaging and toilet and send attached to the form. After doing this they then wanted a photo of the label on the toilet itself. Some 11 days after needing the item I am still awaiting a replacement. This has caused a delay to the convertor, who pays for this delay? Jacksons??
