The video on the website detailing the Certikin pool light we were after clinched the deal. I was impressed with the clarity of the instructions. We're not experts so were not 100% sure what components we needed. The video helped a lot. A quick phone call with the office where we got through to a human expert to confirm we were buying the right part quite quickly was appreciated.
