Great service
Ordered a Mestic spilt air con machine for our caravan as a last minute decision before heading away at the weekend. I called prior to my purchase and the fantastic team processed my ordered for immediate dispatch so we got the unit next day before 10am! Great service! Highly recommend

Mestic 5100 AC unit weight
The unit was delivered very quickly.
In the short time I had it, it was good and cooled our motorhome down quickly.
BUT the downside is it is too heavy for one person to install. it’s was difficult with two people.
The two units are joined together with the pipes so not much room for manoeuvre. one slip and it could crash to the ground or snap the pipes.
And the penalty for me not being that strong, I had to return it and pay the cost of the return

Upgraded toilet cassette
Rang to confirm the required item was ok for my old caravan was confirmed the upgraded model will fit. Buying on line was easy and a quick delivery using Parcelforce 24.
