Two purchases now from Jam Golf in successive weeks. New bag and CT1 tags. Both came very quickly, cheapest price I found online. No complaints, will definately be shopping here again in the near future.

I purchased some Ping G430 irons on their website. I had a query with stock levels and delivery so I gave them a call. Spoke to Matt who was amazing. He gave me an alternate solution which was really what I wanted. He must be Psychic. The price was great and next day delivery what more can you ask for. I played my best golf for ages with these clubs today.

I used Jam Golf to purchase the Callaway XR 26 Package Set and cannot fault the service at all! Cheapest online retailer and super fast delivery with a free sleeve of balls too!

The rewards scheme is also unbelievably good and have managed to pick up some heavily discounted balls and accessories offset by my initial purchase.

I can't recommend Jam Golf strongly enough! 5 stars from me!

I bought a club by mistake and had no problem returning it and getting a refund.

Truly terrible experience.

I ordered some custom Callaway XForged irons and a Quantum max TD driver. They were separate orders, both came with the wrong grip.

They offered me compensation of 24 cromesoft balls which i asked for one of each of the happy gilmore ones. At first, he said he couldn't add them onto the order as it was "impossible" which was a lie. Not long after they appeared on the order, Tap it in and the hockey jersey ones, they appeared in the order as both designs.

Then the order was changed and they sent two the same hockey jersey ones. They changed the order because I took screenshots to show my friends that clearly have the different designs. They then changed the order without my consent.

The grips we're not the align and just the midsize multi compounds which i didn't ask for. They then blamed Callaway themselves. I spoke to Callaway, they told me that they always follow the spec sheet and that it was in fact JAMGOLF who messed up my custom order. They persisted to blame Callaway's custom shop.

Lar's repeatably lied to me throughout this process and shifted blame onto someone else. They then began to ignore the live chat.

Jamgolf is by far the worst online retailer for golf equipment you'd get better service at American Golf (that's saying something). I would advise anyone to actually use Scottsdale Golf instead, they have never messed up a custom order or lied to me about anything.

Spent 550 on a Qi35 driver, 500 on a spider zt, 1100 on Xforged irons and then another driver, 579 on a quantum max TD. Clearly, they don't care about how they treat you once they got their money.

They made so many mistakes that instead of owning up to them they deleted my account.

Jamgolf , thats a few times I’ve used them over the years, this time for a Motocaddy trolley and bag with accessories, spoke to lars ordered and everything was delivered next day , brilliant service, very fast delivery at the price I was was well happy with, will use jamgolf again and again

My 1st time shopping with jamgolf, I purchased the G430 irons on 6/6/26, then got my expected delivery date, which was Wednesday 10th, no one would have been in to receive them, I phoned jamgolf and they said I would receive them Tuesday 9th instead, I received my new irons today, to place my order on the Saturday and receive them on the Tuesday, is brilliant,thank you, I will be back to source a G430 4 iron with them, would highly recommend Jamgolf.

Actually I can fault the after sales service I am receiving now. PW faulty and titelist have said to send it back to Jamgolf for them to return it to them but they dont seem to want to deal with this because they’ve got their money.

Ordered some JPX 923 HM irons which Jamgolf emailed me apologising and explaining that there was a supplier issue and that there would be a month delay. They offered me a free upgrade to the JPX 925 HM PRO instead which I was delighted to accept and they arrived the next day! Cant wait to get them out on the course!

Was after a stiff flex 3 hybrid and found the club i was after at a price far cheaper than other retailers. Club arrived a day earlier than quoted. Immaculately packaged and protected. With a bonus sleeve of titleist trufeel balls. Excellent service jam golf. Will definitely use on
future purchases. 👍
