no where near up to the level of there competitors, like clubhouse and american golf, site not updated regularly to reflect stock,

i ordered a new club got next day delivery still wasn't dispatched 3 days later, and 3 days after cancellation still no refund.

Still waiting for clubs to arrive.

Excellent from start to finish, I had eyed up a "used" Taylormade QI35 5 wood from Jamgolf, it was in the flex I was after but thought I would sleep on it, went t purchse it the following morning, got all the way to the checkout and it stated it was no longer in stock. I spoke to them on the phone who then checked and said there was 1 left so i purchased it there and then. Arrived fast and was at a great price, I now regularly check the website and would happily purchase from them again

Order stated 7-10 working days and was reminded by staff of this, has nearly been a month and still waiting on parts of my order to come. When I phoned they didn't seem to care not helpful. Said the shaft i ordered was delaying them received an email saying it will be shipped by the end of the week on Wednesday, Tuesday the following week 3 weeks on from order still haven't got a shipping number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I have used Jam Golf a few times recently and each time the speed of service and prices have been second to none. Quality products and usually the cheapest place online. They also now give you rewards points so after buying a driver I earned points that saved me an extra £10 off my new GPS watch. Products delivered via Royal mail and arrived within 2 days. Great place to buy your golf gear.

Was looking for a 7 wood and came across Jam golf. Could not have been easier I typed in what I wanted left or right stiff or normal flex and the degree of loft. To my surprise it came up straight away as I had been doing this on various other sites with no joy. As it was my first order and over £50 I got a free gift of a sleeve of balls so can’t complain. Would definitely use Jamgolf again in the future

The support throughout the process was very professional and you can tell they take customer service to another level.
