Made an order recently for some wedges and had problems at checkout (i.e. glitch in basket). Customer Services were great - very helpful and resolved the issue for me. Wedges arrived quicker than expected, very fairly priced and well packaged.

I've shopped here before yet this was a more holistic experience due to the small hiccup and it reinforced my perception that JamGolf are a very solid and dependable golf shop. I expect to return in the future. Many thanks!

Superfast delivery, best price on the net, a free gift, and the clubs I ordered completely exceeded my expectations. This is the only place I'll be ordering from in the future! I can highly recommend Jamgolf...you won't be disappointed.

My second purchase from Jam Golf and this time a big one, some custom built irons.
A slight delay in delivery due to manufacturer stock take but great communication along the way and really easy to speak with a person for updates.
Clubs arrived, very happy and thoroughly recommend.

Ive used Jam Golf many times over a few years. I couldnt recommend them highly enough. Fantastic prices and offers and the service is top drawer. Shout out for Lars who has always been incredibly helpful!

My experience with all at Jam Golf has been excellent. I ordered a club incorrectly which was 100% my fault. I was able to return the club, get a full credit for the value and then purchased the club I meant to buy which was then delivered the next day. I really couldn't fault them in anyway.

I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to others

I have bought many clubs through jamgolf and always a great experience. Hands down the best online golf company I have used

Very poor after sales. Custom fit order, 1st round with new driver & shaft snapped in tip. 9 months down the line & still no resolve. Emails say a replacement will be sent but still nothing. Phone calls say they have to speak to someone and will call back but never do. Better experience from clubhouse golf, Snainton & others.

Took delivery of a Hybrid and requested return on the same day as I'd chosen the wrong shaft. They would not accept return as Id taken off the plastic face packaging !! Not brand new once that happens I was told.They advertise clubs with 60 day return but not this one.
Complete shambles of a company.

This was my first time using Jamgolf and I will certainly be using them again. They sell quality products and very reasonable prices.
Lars, in particular was amazing in sorting out my query, providing regular updates and ensuring that all my needs were met.
Excellent customer service and thank you for all your help and advice.

Don’t bother, they are not interested in customer service in anyway. As a prospective buyer I had an online chat with an advisor regarding the purchase of a set of Irons. After the chat obviously I had the price details etc but as a shopper I decided to also shop around elsewhere to see if I could get a better deal. Fairly straight forward you’d think but whilst I thought about the deal they had offered I realised their maths did not quite add up. I had screenshot part of the chat so that I had the details of exactly what they had offered whilst I compared elsewhere. The deal offered seemed quite good & I was very close to accepting it but I just wanted to clarify the small error in their maths so I did another online chat. The second chat seemed to be with the same person & I asked about what I saw as an error in the offer however the person was obviously not happy about me asking this because their replies started to become sarcastic and less helpful & even said I could not have the interest free option on the offer they had made. This was a contradiction of the first chat when they said I could have the interest free option & they still did not resolve the initial basic maths query where they had offered me 10% off £799 but they said this equalled £729. So there I was still not clear on the actual deal because of their contradictions and error so rather than have another chat I decided to email them and also attach the screenshot of my first chat with them so that I had clarity of the deal being offered. The email I had back was ridiculous as they just said ‘ Are you actually looking to place an order for these or simply enquiring ?’ So no clarification at all. I replied again explaining what I was asking but that I was also looking around for the best deal. It was if they expect you to buy just because they have given you a price however what they had told me was not clear & all I wa trying to do was clear that up. They did not like the fact I did not just place an order straight away & they did not like the fact that as a customer surprisingly I was shopping around. The replies I got were sarcastic & short other than one where the person had said I requested a price match, which I didn’t, they offered it me when I told them I could get 10% off at American golf.
I was about to order from this company but I have now completed an order with American golf instead. Their customer service is awful and seem to think you cannot make an enquiry without committing to buy and you cannot ask for clarification on figures they give you which do not add up according to basic maths. I’m sure they don’t give a damn about one lost customer but no way were they having my money after their rank bad service. How dare I ask questions for clarification & how dare I also look elsewhere before purchasing.

I was looking for a Hybrid club and went on JamGolf site saw what I wanted at the best price I have seen anywhere paid for it and got it the next day, that's all we want a good deal and very good service.

Lars was great in sorting my issue with a few marks on a my brand new Cobra hybrid Irons, all other clubs where in AAAAAAA condition but the 7i had a few marks on the club head. I contacted the live chat section on the website and was told that due to the photos I had emailed that JamGolf where more than happy to compensate me due to the issue, no fuss, no roundabout excuses, just had the customers feelings at the forefront. Cannot rate them highly enough and made the whole situation painless and I will 100% be using them again.

I purchased a driver at the beginning of the year which seemed to have a fault. A new shaft was sent out very quickly to rectify the issue. I was extremely pleased with the service which brought me back again but this time for a new set of irons, a hybrid, bag and shoes. The price was unbeatable and even recieved a free shoe bag and a baseball cap.

Trick you into purchasing with promises of price match and gifts but negate on these when you actual purchase.

I wanted a custom built Mizuno driver Jam golf were the best priced online. When the driver went over the usual expected time to be built ( no surprise this time of year ) they chased it up immediately. As for delivery which we paid no extra for, it arrived to then late Friday morning, delivery note raised by 12 midday in Guernsey Airport by 3pm and arrived at our door Saturday morning 9.30@0am in South Wales.
Thank you to the wonderful staff and you will hear from us for every purchase from now on. We are only too happy to leave this review
