Bought 3 clubs from them yesterday gotta really good deal on them wasn’t expecting delivery until next week said 3-5 business days but they arrived today so happy with that just in time for my day off work

I ordered a set of Mizuno JPX 921HM irons 5-PW with Recoil ESX 460 F2 senior flex shafts on line on the Tuesday night 17/04/23, got a call from Matt the next morning to say that the irons were out of stock and that there would be a delay in getting me the irons I wanted from Mizuno for at least a month..!, he said if I wanted to wait I could but as an alternative he could offer me a set of Mizuno's latest Modal the JPX 923 Hot Metals fitted with the same Recoil senior shafts as he had them in stock for immediate delivery for a very modest up charge, I immediately excepted his offer and my new Mizuno JPX 923 HM set of irons were delivered to me the very next day.
This is my second time using JAM,Golf but it certainly won't be my last I am delighted with the excellent service I received from them and the professional way they conduct their business, I would have no hesitation in recommending them..

Spoke with Matt who upgraded my purchase with a free next day delivery, and an additional Motocaddy accessory. Product arrived before 11:00am the next day (!), in pristine condition. Excellent service from JamGolf, with a product which is out of stock everywhere else for months and months....

Jam Golf is one of the best Golf companies out there. There customer service is fantastic and they go above and beyond, they were extremely helpful when ordering my new clubs. Could not recommend enough.

Bought the putter on Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday (to London). Truly excellent service and would highly recommend this company. Have dealt with them for years and they are a stellar outfit.

Products are very competitively priced , only site I have found that offers up to 24 months interest free credit, I have ordered a driver,3 wood, putter and set of irons over the last few years and pay them up , if it wasn’t for the 24 month interest free I would never be able to buy new clubs . Items are delivered very quickly. Great site , great products , great prices .

Ordered a club pm on 10/2/2023, arrived at 10.30 on 11/2/23.
Condition of used club exactly as described on site.

Very poor service. Ordered new custom built clubs 3rd Jan and quoted 10-14 days delivery. I chased after 14 days and told callaway didn’t have shafts and they would be in soon. Messaged again a few days later as nothing and told shafts in and clubs would be express built that day. I messaged again and told my shafts weren’t in that next delivery was 6th Feb. I messaged 8th & 9th Feb as heard nothing finally they said still no shafts and next delivery was 6th March! Now I lost all trust in what they told me so cancelled the order. I was asked if I wanted alternative shafts in a message but did not receive a phone call after the third time of failed delivery of shafts. Sorry for long post but just the facts. I’ve never had problems like this with golf equipment from other companies.

5 stars is not enough. Absolute bargain price (58% of as-new price) paid for ex-demo Stealth Irons, one has a small scuff on the sole and the other 6 are as-new pristine. Purchased Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning. Going to the range (to scuff up the rest) this afternoon, but wanted to say 100% recommend and thank you to JamGolf.

Initially had some reservations as I hadn’t previously heard of or used Jam Golf however after reading others reviews on here decided I would use them. The website I found easy to use with plenty of options. I was spoilt for choice with payment options which was a nice surprise as the clubs I wanted were out of my initial budget and payment options of this type were not offered on competitor sites. I placed my order late on a Thursday evening and opted for free 3-5 day postage. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them on Saturday morning. I also phoned to ask a couple of questions and found them very helpful and polite. Great service and will definitely reuse in the future.

I rarely post a review but I've been blown away with the service from JamGolf. From the immediate advice over the instant chat to the super speedy delivery. This is how you should run an online shop!

Superb communication led to an order for a set of irons which was most efficiently dealt with, and received the next day.

I returned a putter because it was wrong size. Didn't have size I needed,offered me a full refund ,
After myself laying out nearly £10 to return recorded with signature in which they signed for return over 10 days ago I am still waiting for my refund.
Joke of a company to keep my money all that time.
