paid for item about 2 months ago, no confirmation email and all my emails, messages and phone calls have been ignored, AVOID

Ordered online- payment was instantly booked off my credit card, never received an order confirmation or updates, the phone number on the website is non-existant, no replies to emails

Rubish company . I use my knife 3 day and is start rust.

Placed order for an item in stock on their website. Subsequently told that it wasn't available and was asked to pick something else. Asked for refund which after chasing said they actioned. Never received refund so basically stole almost £50 from me just before Christmas which I never realised until after the fact. Tried contacting them again but no response. One of the worst experiences I've ever had, I would avoid any online purchases from these people at all costs. In the unlikely event this is resolved I will amend this review.

Tried to purchase online, said PayPal was an option but isn’t!? Tried the phone, immediately cut off after one ring, tried emailing customer service ‘unable to deliver at this time’. Sounds dodgy to me best avoided.

This business exists! I received my order. I was worried reading some of the reviews. I was also worried because my banking app was sure it would be a scam… but I persisted with my order. No confirmation e-mail, I couldn't log on to the site as a member. These are all RED FLAGS! BUT, sure enough after a few days I got what I wanted. Proceed with caution, but this is not a scam.

ordered a figure for my daughter waited for the order for the longest time did not receive called the store the lady gave me a number called the managers number ... nothing happened now i see on the account that a refund has been issued i never received a call a message none of it
and the money was still not charged back in my credit card not to recommend at all bad experience over all !!!

They had an item that was out of stock everywhere else so I rolled the dice. The packaging was very good, got my item with no defects. Though, I did have to clear customs on my own.

Ordered a yukata which was delivered by post, as promised, but lacked its belt. I emailed them - no response. Emailed again - no response, again. Phoned them. No answer. Terrible. Avoid!

I ordered some food and drinks for my children on August 14th. I never received my order. I emailed them to ask for an update at the end of August & have heard nothing back. I have again emailed them to ask what happened my order and stating I would like a refund. No response. Terrible.

They sold me a yukata which arrived on time but did not have a belt. I asked where it was and they said inside sleeve which it wasn't. Since then they don't answer phone or reply to emails. Don't waste your money dealing with this Company. There must be others who are reliable

My initial experience was buying an item on amazon listed as new, receiving it opened with a piece missing, sending it back even with them insisting they had no fault. Then having to chase up a refund. Left a review after these experiences and after asking in collectors groups if anyone else had bad experiences where i was met with Dozens of people coming out claiming bad dealings and problems with bootleg merchandise. I wrote the review accordingly.

I wish i could attach a picture, but i have screenshots of evidence of an interaction that took place where Japan Craft staff responded to my review after having a negative experience calling me a 'Big FAT Liar'

I am now leaving this review as i have seen they somehow managed to remove my previous review on a different site. This place has a history of being horrible to customers, and has had allegations of fake merchandise though i cant personally confirm if that is true or not. I sincerely recommend everyone avoid this place.

Non existent customer service. You have to keep emailing and they never answer the phone. They’re more than happy to take your money but when it comes to refunds and anything else you have to keep chasing. I wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be using their again.

Despite the negative reviews here, I took a leap of faith & ordered a 5-Sun Japanese puzzle box from their website. Easy to order, was well packaged & dispatched very quickly, delivered by Royal Mail within a couple of days. Box is excellent & im really pleased. It's a 5-star rating from me.

Skeptical at first.

I was in the market for some S.H Figuarts for my birthday and stumbled upon this site through amazon. I had never seen this before so I went to look at reviews and such and saw many out of the little people that rated it on trust pilot had bad experiences. After putting my faith and receiving ALL ordered items at their retail price only a few days later I cannot deny their quality. I highly suggest it to anyone who is looking for Japanese OFFICIAL merchandise. Any mishaps for your orders is likely going to be a result of the company that delivers the product itself.

Although I must warn you, I did not get any responses after emailing japancraft prior to buying my items.

Was sent the wrong item, they ignored all my emails trying to rectify this and so I had to put in a PayPal claim. I have now been told I have to cover the cost of returning the item (not sure why I should have to be out of pocket for postage when it is the ship that made the mistake not me). Incredibly poor experience and customer service. I do not recommend.

Fast delivery as usual, no problems.

The online shop is very risky , i paid via paypal once and they shipped my order , after that i had confidence and paid with my credit card for an action figure, they provided a generated tracking number and never shipped my product, i told them to refund me and they banned me, i had to open a dispute and i informed them iam going to after which they eventually refunded me after never shipping and after being rude and entitled, we pay you for a good you ship it out its that simple you dont sit on peoples funds and then go back and forth with them terrible online experience

I've occasionally bought Gunpla model kits from Japan Craft, both from the website and their physical store in Camden. They have a decent selection, and their website lays things out conveniently (even if I feel tempted to be picky and point out that they have a tendency to label 1/100 Full Mechanics kits as Master Grade kits even though they're two different kinds of Gunpla).

However, it is worth mentioning alongside more minor issues I have (such as the occasional slowness of their website or an admittedly vague memory I have of having to chase them up on a preorder a while ago) that their prices tend to be noticeably higher than most others in the country selling Gunpla, and considering the feedback I got when requesting that they be added to the list of UK Gunpla stores on the Gunpla subreddit, they were quick to add a caveat about their prices.

It feels like it comes with the territory when they're located in such a hotspot as Camden Market, so as far as Gunpla is concerned, I would recommend Japan Craft if they are the only ones in the country who happen to have a specific kit in stock. If you're simply browsing around for something that looks cool, be sure that Japan Craft are the only ones who have it.

Definitely worth a look at the physical store if you happen to be visiting Camden, I'll admit.
