Ordered parts and went fine. However after a rude email to me, they had stopped replying entirely to any of my queries. Worst customer support. Also I've been informed that in Japan they carry a bad reputation for selling counterfeit items and blocking website access for anyone Japan-based.

I ordered about 5x from Japanparts. The site is legit, you will get everything you order, however, they claim ZERO responsibility for warranty.

One of the orders was a rear-quarter window chrome part. It arrived badly packaged and bent, but nevertheless, I correctly installed it (I have a lot of experience in this since I have had old-timer vehicles).
After 3 days, one of the chrome on the driver side started to have dozens of bubbles, but the top part, not the lower glued part! The top, which is clearly a manufacturing error.
I made pictures, sent it to them, after 3 days got a half-baked response about what can cause it (weather, humidity, etc.... thanks for stating the obvious).

Anyway, I insisted, and then after another 2 days they wrote they cannot do anything because the part manufacturer has no warranty and they themselves are unable to verify the claim. Are you kidding me?

Last order I ever made, 60$ straight down the toilet.

I have been buying from JapanParts for nearly 10 years now, and they have always been extremely helpful. Their item prices are very competitive and they are very responsive to requests. The only reason I do not give them a 5 star is that their shipping rates have gotten quite high in the last year or so, especially when buying multiple very light items.
