Horrible service, cracked dryer and left without haul away
Horrible service this morning, washer and dryer installation from Best Buy. They cracked our $1000 dryer, left water all over floors, and left without hauling away what they needed to haul away. We called the installation/driver guy and he kept declining our calls. Already reported to Best Buy as well. This company is hiring unqualified, rude, unprofessional, lazy people to do a terrible job.
DO NOT USE them
DO NOT USE them. I had a delivery of a washing machine. First, they arrived smelling like weed and where I reside it isn't legal. They installed my washer then had me sign a document so they could proceed to their next delivery. The document stated they did a test cycle and there was no damage to the home. About 15 minutes after they left my floor flooded because they didn't tightly secure the clamp on the drain hose in the back of the washing machine. When the washer went into drain mode the hose came off and caused water to flood my floor. I found out later the installers lied and said they came back to secure the clamp because the washing machine was moved. When they came back they helped me dry up the floor and lift the washing machine and my dryer to dry up the water from under it because I told them it was too heavy for me to lift. Then to hear they went back and lied and said I moved it is ridiculous. They basically wanted to cover the fact it was their fault. Additionally, the water got under my vinyl which caused damage because my home is not on concrete slab its on a crawl space. We all know what happens to wood when water gets to it. The adjuster who handles the claim on their side says he isn't calling to take sides or be bias but wanted to ask questions. I told him everything you all have read and he responds its going to be hard to fight it because once I touched or moved the vinyl they cant determine whose fault it was that cause the floor damage. He said the installers took picture and from the looks of it everything was installed properly. Since when does a picture confirm a clamp is tight enough it has to be physically tested. Everything he said was all favorable to the installers side in addition to letting me know how long he has been handling claims. He got upset because my tone and response was not happy because he was basically telling me this isnt going to go anywhere from every explanation that came out of his mouth. They say you reap what you sow and I hope that the lie the installers told was worth it. The result is unless I get a lawyer the expense of damage is left on me to take care of. This is bad business if you know like I know take caution when doing business with them, take lots of pictures and most importantly don't let them leave if they test anything until its complete.
Do not let Home depot deliver/use JB Hint Transportation
Do not let Home depot deliver to your home they use JB Hunt which is the worse transport service ever. They came into my home twice broke Crystal glasses and nick nacks first time. Flooded my basement and kitchen second time, left part of the old refrigerator in my dining room leaning on my chime clock. They flooded my basement and kitchen and left me without helping and did not say a word. JB Hunt has been rude, disrespectful and a manager hung up on me without helping me. The did not once give me an apology. I would not wish this on my worse enemy what I have been though and still going though. Don't use JB Hunt or Home Depot delivery

This is the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I ordered a cooktop from Whirlpool and the estimated delivery date was December 13, 2022 then it was moved to December 23, 2022. I was hoping I would get the cooktop before Christmas then it was moved again to December 27, 2022. The delivery time was scheduled from 2pm to 6pm. The delivery driver called 3 minutes after 6pm and told me he can’t make it because he had a flat tire and that I have to call again the delivery service to make another delivery appointment which is now set for January 6, 2023. I called Whirlpool’s delivery service and told them the delivery service they partnered with is the worst delivery service I have encountered in my life and that I’m giving them this 4th and last time to deliver my cooktop and if they still fail to deliver and install it, I just want my money refunded. Hoping I won’t have to deal with this company again in the future. They have caused me so much inconvenience with these many cancelled delivery schedules. Whirlpool is going to loose a lot of customers if they don’t change their delivery service partner.
Poor communication/Rude Customer Service
I had a delivery scheduled with JB Hunt, with a delivery window between 10am and 2pm. At 1:50pm, my tracking info still said "In Transit" and had not updated to "out for delivery" so I called to check on the status of the order. I had plans that evening and had arranged my schedule for the expected delivery window. The person who answered the phone told me that the driver was en route to the delivery before mine and would call me after that to give me an estimated arrival time. I asked if I should expect another hour or more than that and the person on the phone got an attitude with me and said "we don't ONLY deliver [this item]. Some things take more time or less time." I explained that I was only asking for an estimate because my scheduled delivery window had now passed and I had arranged my day for that window, and might need to adjust my other plans. They interrupted me and said "the driver will call you when he gets done." I understand this company is likely stressed due to the upcoming holiday, and I also understand that things sometimes run late. It's the lack of communication about the delay and the rudeness of their customer service person that I am not understanding of. I will avoid using this company in the future.
Worst Experience on Delivery - I still don't have my appliances
Bought a washer and dryer with all the new accessories from Lowes and was promised a delivery the next day. I waited all day for the delivery and while I was on the phone they called my phone, never left a message, never knocked, nor rang my door bell. I got off my call and a dispatch person stated they waited 15 min and had to go to the next delivery. Explained no one came to my door, no one knocked, no door bell, dog didn't even bark...and she barks at everyone. She said well they were there and I have a photo of your house. Explained they might have sat in the street but no one drove in my 200 foot long driveway. said i would have to reschedule...after 4 disconnections and leaving a message to reschedule, still nothing, no call - no reschedule. Worst customer service experience on delivery ever. Don't think i will buy again from Lowe's if this is their delivery partner or should i say "lack of delivery partner."

The absolute worst delivery partners…
The absolute worst delivery partners there are. Peleton execs must have personal friends at JB Hunt because this is the most incompetent delivery company I've ever met. Our delivery order was moved once and cancelled again. They admitted that no one looked into our request for COI (which our building requires) and support staff are useless. They cannot be trusted to deliver on time.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I ordered a bedroom set with free delivery and set up from Costco. they just dropped off the boxes and said they don't set up. When my son called the office they lied and told him. I said not to set it up. That is a lie!! If we have to set it up why not go to IKEA Costco is going to loose business if they keep dealing with JB Hunt.
You are horrible company
You are horrible company. You are supposed to deliver my couch today between 10-2. This morning I get a call that it "didn't make it on the truck". Do you, a supply chain and logistics company, not know how to do supply chain and logistics? This is the second time this you have done this to me. You are a joke. I already disassembled my old couch and got rid of it last night to make room. Now we have to sit on kitchen chairs all weekend. Totally unacceptable activity from one of the worst trucking companies in the country.
Half-A$#ed Delivery-Garbage
Had a washer delivered on 5-27-22 that I bought at Lowes. They came in, hooked everything up and the guy turned it on and told me to let it go through a cycle. What he didn't do first was check the tub. Pulled out the wet paperwork and handed it to me. As he was leaving, I specifically asked him if it was level. He said "yeah it's level," despite not checking the level at all. The washer shook violently during the rinse/spin cycle. It is not level. Now I have to take more time off to have someone come out and make this right. Don't ever have anything delivered by JB Hunt. Ever! Based on the other reviews, Lowes should be ashamed of themselves for ever using this company.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible delivery performance- they handle deliveries for Lowes’s. In two years, this is my fourth issue. This time they have cost me money in addition to squandering my time. I have asked Lowe’s to compensate me then back charge JB Hunt.
Don’t let JB Hunt deliver to you
Ordered a stove from Lowes. Got a call ahead of time saying delivery would be 10:30-2:30. Then it all went downhill. The call center called when they arrived but I didn’t get to the phone in time. But my husband was home and saw them pull up. they never came to the front door to knock and then left 10min later delivering nothing.
When I called the call center. They said they called 3 times and then left. Actually, 1st they hung up on me. Their driver LIED. My cell phone showed 1 missed call. The driver is also supposed to knock, which he never did. Then JB hunt lied to Lowes saying the driver didn’t knock because of a dog situation. We have no fence, no beware of dog. We do have a 12 pound dog that stays inside. Said dog would have barked if anyone came to the door, but they didn’t. I asked them to explain the logic of driving to someone’s house and never knocking on the door. They couldn’t.
Whatever you do. Do not let any store ever use JB HUNT to deliver your product. You will regret it.
this was the worst experience I have…
this was the worst experience I have ever had with Lowes. JB Hunt is so incompetent that I am afraid to allow them to hook up my ice maker to the new fridge. they have lied about coming to my house, attempting to contact me, and these lies come from the drivers, the answering service, and the so-called customer service managers! I have been a years long customer of Lowes but that relationship is now over due to JB Hunt delivery service. If and when I get out of the nightmare of delivery for the stove tomorrow I will never set foot in a Lowes store again. This nightmare is all there fault for hiring JB Hunt and then not helping the customer get items paid for delivered.
Well Done!
Aaron and his coworker (out of Dauphin PA) were courteous and professional. The were extremely careful in moving the refrigerator through tight spaces. They even knew how to level the replacement fridge. (The local appliance store original installers had no idea were or how to level.) With all the negative reviews I was very apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised.

A terrible delivery experience. Sub contracted delivery agents would not provide the services required and proceeded to damage our house. Buyer beware.
HORRIBLE install service
HORRIBLE install service. The tech contracted by lowes to JB Hunt for delivery and installation forgot to hook up the drain line to the drain, started a spin/drain cycle and flooded my house, that I had moved into 3 weeks prior. I called him immediately, he came back and hooked the drain up properly and apologized for his error. Meanwhile water is pouring through the ceiling below to my living room. I called JB Hunt and they were absolutely NO HELP and told me to pay for everything and wait to be reimbursed. I have lost 3 days of pay while a water mitigation company came in and ripped up my brand new flooring and ceiling and set up equipment to dry the water up. It is now 3 weeks later and no construction can start until I pay out of pocket a down payment of a thousand dollars. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of accountability. I should have made 1 phone call to JB Hunt and they should have immediately taken care of it from there. Now they wont even answer my calls or emails.
Awful at best
Awful at best. They were to make 2 deliveries 2 weeks apart and barely attempted to deliver and I had to reschedule both times and needed the items in new house-washer, dryer and fridge. The worst I have ever seen in 55 years.
