We had JB Hunt for our last mile…

We had JB Hunt for our last mile delivery from 4 Seating Company. Out drivers David and Dewey were absolutely amazing. They were both very professional and knowledgeable with the product. They not only did they deliver the seats but completed the installation. I could not have been happier with the process. I have been in transportation for over 50 years and these two gentleman set the bar for professional drivers. Thank you to both for making this a most enjoyable eexperience.

Barely attempted delivery

JB hunt marked my delivery as attempted even though they didn’t reach out to me via phone when they arrived. They sent an email, which I got after the driver supposedly departed, even though by my estimate, he waited around less than 10 minutes. I called to see if they could get him back and the first customer service rep said they don’t so re-delivery and I would need to get a refund from the store I ordered my furniture from and start from the beginning (after waiting a month for a delivery date and scheduling work around it). I called a local number next and was told the driver was still in my area and would try to come back by end of day. Just waiting now. But seriously?? If you didn’t have a customer’s number, why would you wait to notify them until you were already there?? They should have emailed me last night. I also don’t understand why they didn’t use my phone number attached to the order at headquarters if the individual driver didn’t have it. I complained to the furniture company, but they can’t do anything until JB hunt either comes to me or sends them the stuff back. A total scam! They already have the money from the store and could care less if I get my items. I usually avoid third parties like this for these very reasons, but had no choice with this order.

Absolutely THE WORST delivery service…

Absolutely THE WORST delivery service in history! They are the contractors for HD-purchased a refrig and set delivery-it was raining and the refrig is big-they first told me it wouldn't fit in the spot-the old refirg is LARGER than the new one! When I called to complain, the manager said the issue was the water supply cut off valve-first I'd heard of that issue-paid to have it fixed to their specs-they came back out and still refused to remove old refrig because it wasn't spotless on the inside! They wouldn't even move it to the garage and put my new one in its place! Am now rescheduled for the 2nd time for next week! Workers don't want to work, customer service is awful-generally the worst company EVER. HD nor JBH will tell you everything that needs to be done in order for them to put your appliance in place and take the old one-they just keep finding one reason after another to not do their jobs.

Worst service ever-damaged my home

This company was contracted by Frontgate to deliver a very large mirror to my new home. 1st mishap was delivery truck arrived at home on scheduled day but only sent 2 guys. The mirror weighs 400 lbs. They didn’t even take it off the truck; said they already knew it was too heavy for the two of them. Came back a week later with 3 guys. Refused to use my moving blankets to protect my wood floor,-said they were fine!!! Item came in a large wooden crate-they unpacked/unscrewed the crate inside my home and took a big gouge out of the floor and scratched it all over at the front entry area. When taking it up the stairs the gouged the walls with the frame, scuffed the paint off the walls with the frame and their bodies while trying to turn it up the stairs and then finally scuffed the top stair as they slid the mirror onto the rug. It left silver paint on the stair wood. When leaving I was asked to sign the work order. I had paid for white glove delivery service that was explained to me would be very careful I signed it but added that my floor was damaged as were the walls. I showed the damage to the foreman and took pictures while I showed him. When contacted Frontgate I was told to call JB Hunt. When I spoke to JB Hunt they said they subcontracted out to another company, AMW Trucking without notifying me. I was told to contact them. They in turn denied there was damage, said I never told them there was damage when they were there-said they had laid blankets over my entire floor (100% lie) and that I had signed the work order indicating everything was fine. When asked about my notation they said it was not there. Knowing I had written that I asked for a copy-they have not provided it even though this was over a year ago. I told them I knew they didn’t have that document because that is not what I signed. Now JB Hunt has reviewed the claim and has denied it saying
1. The team carried it into the house.
2. The damage pictured would have to be a long line to be from the mirror
3. The mirror would have been damaged if it had scratched the floor and walls
They have made no attempt to come to my house to see the damage or to estimate repairs. I have provided 3 estimates to them. This is a new house. The damage is accurate to the described unpacking. There may well be damage to the frame of the mirror but it is 400 lbs and is now attached to a wall to prevent tipping so I did not turn it upside down to investigate scratches. I have invited them to come over and do that. It has been since February of 2020 since this delivery and I’m still fighting them to pay for repairs.
I would not recommend either of these unreliable, careless companies to anyone who cares about their order or their home.

The couch is 5 miles away from me…

The couch is 5 miles away from me sitting in a warehouse, but they claim they can't deliver it for another month due to being backed up on orders. They are a shipping and logistics company. They are bad at shipping and logistics. There is no excuse or other way to put it. Incompetent.

Poor communication

Poor communication, lack of accountability for not delivery an item from Lowe’s. Poor customer service. Delivery had to be rescheduled for 3 days later. Guys come without mask. Guy was rude about my Goldendoodle, before I even let him inside my home. I was visibly getting his collar on so he wouldn’t jump while the guy is outside and my storm door was shut, he said “keep your dog away from me” 🙄😆 I had my dog my his collar and opened the door and made sure to keep the man away from my dog!!! Horrible company. It’s too bad Lowe’s uses them!

They delivered my fridge and stove for Lowes and didn't hook the stove up right but they were nice at least, I had to pay someone else to do it right. Then after I paid the extra fee for them to haul away they said sign right here showing we did you a favor after coming out twice to do one job but had to come out a third time because I believe after they treated me like that they also put the dent in my new fridge. They left my fridge in my back yard took me they will be right back then they jumped in the truck and left.

Very Inflexible

Very inflexible and will only set up a delivery on THEIR schedule, and moved it to suit their needs after scheduling it. Bad form!

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever. I ordered a SoulCycle Bike that never came during the scheduled delivery window. When I called to see where it was they said it would be there in a hour that it was 1 stop away ( I took unpaid time off from work to be there for this delivery) . An hour goes by and it never arrived- neither time did they send an email- text - or call to let me know. When I called a second time they said that their were issues with a delivery and they don't know when it will be there or if the drivers will have "driving time" left for the day to even delivery it. Also the first woman I spoke to clearly lied to me because it was not 1 stop away - I tried to reschedule the delivery but they will not deliver after 6 or on the weekend- nor do I trust that they will show up any other scheduled time from looking at the other reviews.

Delivery time for our Peloton bike was…

Delivery time for our Peloton bike was 8am- 12pm. No show and no call. We reached out several times and was given different delayed delivery times. Still have not arrived with our bike. We contacted Peloton who said the driver can not provide a time of when they will arrive even though they are hours late. I guess they just assume we have nothing else better to do than sit around all day waiting on them. Peloton bikes are expensive. I would expect better customer service and delivery for such a expensive bike.

Indianapolis, IN (Peloton Bike + Delivery)

JB HUNT delivered my Peloton today. They gave a 4 hour window & they arrived at 10:25...great!! The driver called me when they were 25 mins away....also great!! The bike was already assembled except for the monitor....time saver. They put the monitor on & left within 10 minutes. They were friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to explain anything. They didn't show me how lock my feet in or show me how to make adjustments to my bike. Luckily, the sales rep at the store had already given me seat & handlebar adjustment numbers.

I have read horrible reviews about JB Hunt delivering Peloton merchandise. However, I am very thankful that I had a good experience with them!!! Good job JB!

Also, my sales rep said my Peloton (Bike +) should arrive within 8-10 weeks of my order date and it did!!

Totally unreliable delivery service with horrible customer service

My Peloton was scheduled for delivery 1/12 between 10-2. JB Hunt called at 10:15 that day to say they were out of inventory and rescheduled me for 2/1 10-2. No show and no call. Today is 2/3 and I have spent more than 2 hours trying to get a representative on the phone. Once I got a representative, she put me on hold. It has been 40 minutes.

We ordered a Peloton bike plus on…

We ordered a Peloton bike plus on November 27, 2020. Unfortunately, Peloton uses JB Hunt to deliver in TX. JB Hunt has scheduled my delivery for January 6, 2021. They delivered me a monitor without the bike plus. We have reached out to Peloton twice. Contacted JB Hunt and they are saying they have delivery dates in March to deliver the bike plus. That is unsatisfactory. We told them we should be first on the list for delivery. So, the representative from JB Hunt said to give them until morning of January 15, 2021 to call us back to confirm an early delivery date. We received no calls. This is insane and we are considering cancelling this whole Peloton order.

Will we ever receive my bike?

We are so disappointed and frustrated.

They deserve a -0 for a review, piece of crap company. They do deliveries for Lowes Home Improvement. Baffling fools, irresponsible, non-dependable, liars. Shut your damn doors you are HORRIBLE!!!!!!

JB Hunt/Peloton -- TERRIBLE

We ordered a peloton. They said it would be delivered on a certain day. We drove down to our new second home to receive it. The date of delivery came and went without any updated information from JB Hunt. When we called to ask where the bike was, we were told it didn't exist and was on back order. The customer service was unapologetic and frankly, atrocious. We canceled the order. Not worth dealing with at all, even if the Peloton is theoretically a decent product.

Needs better customer service

Unfortunately, I also had a bad experience receiving my Peloton. It was supposed to be delivered Oct 8th 8-12 time but somehow it did not get put on the truck when I called them at 12:00. They said there was nothing they could do to get it sooner. Rescheduled for Oct 14th and I was told I would be the first one with an 8-12 window. By 9:00 I called to find out where they were and somehow I was bumped to the 1-5. Luckily finally received it by 12:45. Also know they do not call you ahead of time. It says it on the email but it never happened. I had to call every time to find out what was going on. Completely missed up my days both time but I will say the actual guys that delivered it into my home were very helpful so I would give them 5 stars. Just be ready to have this same experience and then hopefully it won't happen to you.

I would give them a zero if I can

I would give them a zero if I can. They gave you a four hours delivery window then it got delayed again and again. During your waiting time, nobody contacts you. You just hang there dry! At the end of day, the delivery never happened. Maybe I shouldn’t buy any appliances from Lowe’s anymore!

LESS THAN 1 STAR. ordered a peloton bike and unfortunately they utilize JB hunt for some of their out of city deliveries. Bike was ordered in the middle of August, JB Hunt called to set up a delivery time about a week after ordering. no problem, that was fine.

the soonest they could deliver was end of September but I know how busy it's been with Covid so I was happy to accept the delivery date/time. the day before my scheduled delivery, i called them just to confirm the bike delivery time since i had no email confirmation or confirmation number to verify and i wanted to be 100% sure. I took off work since someone has to be home for the delivery

I called JB hunt and they said that all was on schedule and that my bike would be delivered during the scheduled time frame.

a few hours later they called back and said they no longer could deliver the bike as planned and the soonest they could deliver it was now end of October a whole month after the planned delivery.

when discussing with the individual about the huge delay and wondering if there was any cancellation list I could be placed on for a possible earlier time, he told me i could just choose to not have it delivered at all if i wanted because no earlier date was possible. i'm sure he was busy and has little control over delayed deliveries but it was just so rude to hear that.

after discussing the issue with peloton, they refunded me some of the delivery fee for the inconvenience but unfortunately said there was nothing they could do for the delivery delay. if i had the choice i'd never use jb hunt ever. i won't be surprised if they call again and delay it even further past october.

There should be the option to give no stars at all.

I ordered a Peloton bike a month ago. Unfortunately, Peloton uses JB Hunt to deliver in WA. JB Hunt has scheduled my delivery twice now and canceled my delivery within the delivery window both times. I live on an island, which they cannot deliver to, so I drive 7hrs round trip and pay for a ferry to go pick up my bike from the scheduled delivery location. I contacted Peloton again regarding the ongoing issue of canceled deliveries. The Peloton rep reached out to JB Hunt who told her that the reason that my orders keep getting canceled is because my delivery is considered a distance delivery and they deliver to the nearest locations to their warehouse first, even if the orders come in after mine. JB Hunt also confirmed that they have had inventory at the time of scheduling but they have delivered my bikes to customers that live closer.

Will I ever receive my bike?

I am so disappointed and frustrated.
