I cannot feel anything even after fully charging and highest setting whatever the mode sitting down i can hardly notice anything if i stand up i can barely feel a slight buzz but that's all..not impressed. The only plus is its lightweight but that's it. Sorry not for me £14 wasted .

Genuinley excellent customer service. Ordered two products and preffered one to the other. Call was answered immediatley, employee helped and answered questions in 2 seconds, return slips comes attached with invoice so i don't have to print it of myself. Hassle free, definitely recommend.

I bought a some polaoptics HD sunglasses after seeing an advert on television, I was desperate to get some decent sun glasses because I suffer from extreme light sensitivity, I even have to wear glasses on dull days and I literally can't open my eyes with out them and it's made driving so difficult, even though I am wearing glasses and have a visor that is supposed to block our the harmful rays. I ordered the glasses on line and when I put them on I just said WOW, the world looked like such a beautiful place, colours are so intense, but everything looks so clear and the glasses so comfortable, and because they wrap around your head they give great protection. I am so happy with these glasses. I am going to order lots more. The price is good and they come in a nice protective hard case with a cleaning wipe.

We bought a damaged packaging item for a lot less money. It arrived quickly and looks as new. Very happy.
It’s a leaf blower one end and a brush the other. Very handy.

Item sent fast but I have not used it yet.

The Rotorazer Garden Multi tool is fabulous, it arrived on time and is easy to use, does a very good job of the garden and is cordless which makes it easier to do.

Bought zen feet massager from Amazon who sell it for JML. The electronic part lit up but nothing happened when it was plugged into the footpath. I took the electronic part off the mat and one of the press studs came off with it. I tried getting it to work but it wouldn't. I contacted Amazon and they said it had nothing to do with them as it was sold by JML. I told the customer service person that I was a good customer with Amazon and I wasn't pleased so she said they can't give me a refund because the money went straight to JML but they would put the money in my Amazon account so I could get something else from them. I still wasn't happy as I had been sold a broken item so I contacted JML directly. A customer service agent told me to send it back to them and I would get a full refund. After waiting nearly 2 weeks I received a message to say they had received the broken item and they had sent me a replacement. I told them that I wanted a refund but they basically said that I was lying so I took a screenshot of the email and sent it to them. They now say that I am not getting a refund and refuse to answer my emails. I won't be buying anymore tat from JML.

I purchased two of the double zappers they absolutely useless not caught one fly. What a waste of 65 quid.

I bought 2 of the new Go Vac Pro's on a very good offer, however, when the package arrived I received 2 Vat Pac Go's! I called immediately, they apologised and sent me the correct items straight away. Apart from the slight inconvenience of having to wait a little longer and having to return the incorrect items to the post office (hence the loss of a star) I thought it was dealt with pretty well and also it was quite funny, poor packing guy was having a bad day!! Also the little vacuum's are awesome.

We purchased a portable jet wash and two fly zappers and a solar sensor garden light. The garden solar sensor light is good but as for the rest of the order the products were all useless.

We spoke to a call taker called Melanie.

Melanie was manic on the call to my partner with a high pitched voice, spoke at a million miles per hour so no chance to talk to her. She completely dominated the call, wonder if call takers are trained to do this?

So I intervened and took over the call as my partner was getting very stressed which isn't good for her health problems.

Melanie would absolutely not stop talking very loud very fast and asking really stupid questions in relation to the products. We asked for full refund many times over, keeping calm with Melanie at all times.

Eventually told to send the products back at our postage cost which we felt was very unreasonnable given they didn't work as advertised. Sent parcel back recorded delivery so no chance of this company saying it was not received.

WILL NOT buy anything from JML ever again!!!

It was very easy to order online delivery was quick the item was delivered in perfect condition JML is a great company to deal with

I am writing this to warn others, especially anyone with elderly or vulnerable relatives. My 89 year old father placed a genuine order with JML, a household brand we thought we could trust.

Completely behind the scenes, his secure card details were passed over to a third-party company called Froogul. Without his informed consent or knowledge, he was signed up to "Froogul Rewards" and they have been quietly draining £29.99 a month from his account.

It happens automatically because JML already held his card details from his purchase; he never re-entered his information or agreed to a subscription. By the time we caught it, they had taken three payments totaling £89.97.

Thankfully, our bank has stepped in, cancelled his card to block future theft, and issued a full chargeback refund.

This is an absolutely appalling and deceptive post-transaction marketing trap designed to exploit vulnerable shoppers who trust the JML brand name.

Check your parents' bank statements immediately for "JML and froogul.co.uk".
