This was the second time that I visited…
This was the second time that I visited the store in Bath. I promised myself that when I visited Bath again that I'd pop into the shop to see if I could bag a bargain in the sale. Thanks to the very knowledgeable and pleasant assistant Alpha, I made a purchase.....so when I return to Bath again I'll be sure to head to the John Anthony store to seek out another bargain , and chat to Alpha..... although there's plenty of choice on the website.

Was excited as ordered an item for my boyfriends bday and 3 days after ordering hadn’t heard of dispatch to find an email just to say they cancelled my order with no reason why. So now I’ve been left without a present

Hi,
We're very sorry we were unable to ship the item you ordered on Saturday 5th August. Unfortunately when the item was being picked on Monday 7th, we're closed on the weekends, we noticed a small fault with the item and did not want to send anything out that was not in perfect condition. An email was sent out on Monday as soon as we noticed this issue informing you it was cancelled and that a refund was being processed. Unfortunately our system flagged your order as cancelled not sold out which is why there was no further information as to why it was cancelled. Sorry about that, we're running a check to see why this happened.

Excellent range and customer service.
I was very happy with my purchase. I bought a product that wasn’t easy to find in the uk. Initially the product was too small but the returns process was simple and I ended up with the correct size ultimately. Excellent price and customer service.
