Hi,

Sorry the item you purchased did not fit. I can see that you placed an order for a MA.STRUM hoody in an XL on Saturday 16th September. We then dispatched the XL on Monday 18th via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. We have checked the item and it is indeed labelled as an XL by the brand so the correct size was dispatched. Unfortunately sizing variations do happen from brand to brand, and even from style to style. We have to sell the items as the brands have labelled them, we can’t resize them ourselves.

Hi,

Sorry you were unhappy with the item you ordered. I can see the jacket you purchased originally retailed at £595 and was reduced to £335 in the sale. As you purchased it during our end of sale promotion, you received an additional 20% off the sale price, paying £268 for the item, a saving of over 50%. Unfortunately as you purchased this at the very end of the season, we often source the last pieces in the company direct from our stores where labels can get a little wear and tear from being on shop floor for months. All items however are still brand new and in mint condition, as you would expect from any store during sale season. We have sold Belstaff for many years and only very specific jackets come in a suit bag. The item you purchased was not delivered to us by Belstaff in a suit bag and unfortunately we are not provided any additional bags by the brand itself.

HI,

Sorry the item you ordered was sold out. I can see that you placed the order on the 7th at 21:04, and we refunded you the next day on the 8th. We are closed from 17:30 so were unable to notify you until the next working day. An email is automatically sent to customers as soon as an order is found to be sold out, notifying them it is sold out and that a refund is being processed.
Unfortunately at this stage of the sale we do sometimes get sold out items as they are often the last piece in the company. There are times we are unable to locate the piece, it is found to be damaged or on the odd occasion someone else may have placed an order at the exact same time as yourself, taking the last piece.
