delivery took ages and didnt get my trainers before my holiday
delivery took a week even though i paid for express. trainers were for a holiday and they arrived a day after we went. wont be ordering again.

Hi,
We can see your order was placed on Friday 16th at 21:11 and was processed and dispatched on Monday 19th. We are closed on weekends so no orders are processed until Monday. You opted for the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which Royal Mail do not guarantee but endeavour to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch. Unfortunately Royal Mail seem to be experiencing some delays at the moment which is why it arrived after the estimated delivery date. As soon as a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the custody of the courier service and we are unable to effect the delivery time frame. For special occasions or last minute purchases, we always recommend upgrading to Special Delivery as it is the only guaranteed service offered by Royal Mail. Apologies for the delay but it was unfortunately out of our control.

FAIL
I ordered a shoe from them 30/06 and paid delivery charge but unfortunately when i phoned their customer service about an update about my item, i've been told that there's no stock available and that my order needs to be cancelled. Take note that I haven't heard anything from them even any update on my order status in their website up until i gave them a call.

Sorry that the item you ordered was unavailable. Unfortunately the item could not be located in our warehouse and our online team were unaware of this until recently. During busy periods like sale our stock levels can drop very quickly with many items only having 1 left in stock at the time ordering. We’re very sorry that you were unable to get the item you wanted due to a stock discrepancy and for the delay in letting you know. We have investigated the issue so it won’t happen again.

All great and love their clothes,only downside is they sent me the wrong size and I had to pay to have it sent back. They quickly sent me the size I’d actually ordered. Maybe a free returns policy? Otherwise great x

Made a recent purchase of a sale product.
Very impressed with the way it was packaged, nice bespoke branded box and the item was tissue wrapped.
Real care taken with a signature of the packer also.
Arrived on time and easy to track.

My first experience of JA - Highly Recommend
First time I've heard of/used JA.
I’m very happy with the level of service and my Hugo Boss Overshirt fits perfectly & came wrapped in a nice neat box.

Fast delivery and hassle free returns although not happy I had to pay for both....most decent retailers offer either free delivery or free returns. With JA you pay £8 just to decide whether you like something

Hi,
We offer free delivery on all non sale orders over £50 and free on any sale orders over £125. I can see you purchased a sale item that was over this threshold and therefore received free delivery with our Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You then opted to upgrade your delivery service to Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We do not offer free returns because we offer free delivery on many items. To offer both free delivery and free returns would not be financially viable for us as a small independent business.
