Mixed feelings
The products were amazing, bought two moose knuckle hats, however one arrived dirty, with what appeared to be a make up stains or oils from being tried on 😐.
I was less than pleased as I did not have time to return and had to change my entire outfit choice!

Terrible, never using again!
Terrible. Don’t use.
Just take your money when products aren’t in stock and then inform you days later that the product is no longer in stock then you have to wait for your refund for days on end!

Sorry your item was sold out. During sale periods we are very busy and on the rare occasion two people can be trying to buy the same item at the same time and unfortunately our system doesn't have time to update the stock levels.
You placed your order on Sunday morning, we are closed over the weekends so no orders are processed. You were emailed and refunded on Tuesday, sorry for the slight delay in notifying you.
I hope this explains what happened more clearly.

Authentic Vivienne Westwood T at great price…
Visited an actual Vivienne Westwood store in Central London, but they did not have a large size in the graffiti orb designT-shirt in any colourway. The staff could not source one on their website either. Found the preferred colour and correct size on John Anthony website. The T-shirt was incredibly competitively priced. The item came in minimal, recyclable packaging. Delivery was speedy and I was kept informed of the progress of my order throughout. Fantastic service. The T-shirt arrived in pristine condition. I will definitely be using John Anthony again and can highly recommend them. 5 *****

Customer journey and experience spot on
I made a purchase and then returned it. So i've not made them any money but wanted to say that the customer journey and experience was easy and seamless. The original price and delivery was great, the refund quick. So sorry John Anthony for returning the product, but the service means I'll come back again.
