These guys really do go the extra mile
These guys really do go the extra mile. I had some "life issues" which resulted in me not being able to complete a course I enrolled in a few years ago and the course unfortunately expired. I explained the situation and my course access was renewed no questioned asked. They didn't try to charge me again (which to be fair, they were well within their rights to). And I am extremely grateful for this. Highly recommended. Give them a try!

The favourable one star. Just spoke to someone regarding the UK Self Assessment course. The gentleman obviously had difficulty understanding English and just preambled about the job interview course.

Informative course but tutor was AI
I took a course with John Academy and had a good time; the course was informative and relevant and taught at a nice tempo. I did enjoy it and learned a lot.
However, I can not give it a full 5 stars, simply because the course was completely read out by an AI voice. I found the voice mechanical and hard to listen to at times, sometimes it would pronounce words strangely and I had to go back and find out what they actually said. It still does absolutely teach you the things that you need, but I would much rather have an actual human narrate the course, even when it is pre-recorded. That is the only con for me.

I found the 'professional Childcare and…
I found the 'professional Childcare and Nannying course' well thought out- and constructed, covering many essential aspects of looking after young children, and babies. Thank you so much . The communication was also good from the John Academy- and I was able to log in- and out of the course with ease- whenever I needed to do so. This I found really helpful, and useful also.

This course really has amazing information about clinical coding and how it's processed in the hospital. Also, It is explained in a simple way to understand the basic concepts of healthcare. I would highly recommend this course from the John Academy to all the clinical coding professionals.

Come to the end of the course, cant submit assignments unless I enter card details for the certificate - of which I've already paid for when I purchased the course, tried to contact them on live chat and email no luck.
Updated..
Company was in touch following day to help assignments submitted, certificate received 2 days later. Even offered me a free course due to the inconvenience. I have updated my review to reflect the service I have received. 5* brilliant
