I asked for an XL. After 3 weeks I received a S. I have writen twice to their customer service, where they tell you they will reply within 48 hours. Weeks later - still nothing. So wrong item, no exchange, no refund. A Scam site.

I ordered a 3XL Halloween shirt for a party. I normally take a 2XL, but wanted a loose fitting. Whilst it took 4 weeks to arrive, I had bought it in plenty of time. When it arrived, I could not even button it up. This is a Large at best.
I contacted the company with photographs and the response was 'Give it to a friend and buy another'. Absolutely shocking customer service. Buyer Beware

Horrible, terrible, sleazy, miserable company--RUN, do not walk; RUN away from anything this bag of slimeballs is selling! It took over a MONTH to receive one piece of 💩 shirt; when it arrived, it's 100% Polyester, it's so sheer that it can't be washed, and it's supposed to be a LARGE--an Asian CHILD probably couldn't wear this! What a horrible experience!

Folks this place is NOT a scam…it DOES take between 15-20 days to get a shipment in the US. But the shirts are unique and great for performing on stage…a very lightweight polyester with great, colorful, vivid designs. Face it, you’re paying 24.00 USD for a shirt- it’s not going to be a Ralph Lauren chemise - BUT for the price, it is a fair product. Treat it gently, wash and hang dry and my shirts have lasted well. I have bought about 18 shirts in 3 different orders and I have had only one mis-fitting…the shirts run very small so order 2 sizes larger than you normally would…

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I ordered a shirt. Much the same experience as the other frustrated customers; It took almost two months to arrive, *really bad* graphics on material that must have been meant for upholstery or something, sized for a small Chinese person, insulent and incorrigible Customer Service, etc.. Went through 4 or 5 rounds of email smokescreen before I got a return address in China even though the tracking for the shipment originated in Logroño Spain.

Took 20 days to get there. Rather flimsy material and shirt doesn't fit.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered 2 shirts and a hat. They never arrived. When I contacted the "company" they said that according to the tracking information it was delivered and I should go to my post office. The post office informed me the order/tracking number was a scam and not valid.

Ordered two guitar shirts. After an eternity, they arrived in the same package. I ordered both in 2XL. One fit perfectly, the second one, labeled, "2XL" was so small, I could barely get it over my head. Customer no-service said I was sent the correct order. They said I could return the shirt but shipping to China would be very expensive. They offered me a $2 refund and I could keep the shirt!! I asked them to send me a correctly sized shirt with a pre-paid return package and I'd send the tiny shirt back. No, but they upped the refund to $4! Beware of tiny shirts from China!!

I ordered a top for st Patrick's day for my hubby 1.5 months later still not here and the customer service is automated so no help

Ordered a guitar shirt and found out later it was a scam. well, it came, It was from Spain and in the states here I wear a 2xl. when the shirt came, it was so small a young boy would not have got to wear it. THEY SAID THROUGH E-MAIL THAT THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND IT UNLESS IT WAS DAMAGED. Total Scam

I ordered over one month ago. I wish I had cked these complaints first before I ordered! Haven’t gotten shirts and keep referring back to new messages that keep you in the loop of saying it’s in Transit- still in Italy. Did anyone get their money back?😫 Probably not! It’s a SCAM!😡

This is a scam, They sent several email in the beginning stating your items are on there way--never got here. I contacted them in early Janury they stated my address was incorrect and I need to send more money for the items to be released from the post office. I knew they were lying when I went onto there tracking system and my items were 2 provinces away! Stay away!!!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered Nov 30 and as of January 12 it’s not here. No updates on delivery and no one knows what’s going on. They only refer you back to tracking which hasn’t been updated since late Dec. This is a scam. Do not order from them.

The quality of the graphics on the shirts is poor. The images are very blurry compared to the advertised examples. Wouldn't recommend.

The show is exactly as described. They were very comfortable

Bestilte 2 skjorter i samme størrelse. Pris 24 usd pr stk. Da skjorterne kom var den ene 24 cm mindre om brystet end den anden. De nægtede at have lavet fejl, og henviste til QR koden. De ignorerede mine billeder. De mente jeg bare kunne bruge den der var for lille som en gave. Efter rigtig meget skriveri ville de give mig 4 usd i kompensation. Og senere 6 usd. Det nægtede jeg princibielt. De vil nu have at jeg sender skjorten retur med sporring. Det vil være dyrere end værdien af skjorten, og jeg får sandsynligvis intet ud af det. Nu har bedt paypal om at sørge for jeg får mine penge retur. Handler aldrig hos dem igen, og kan ikke anbefale noget at købe deres skjorter. De sender åbenbart hvad de har lyst til og tager bagdelen på kunderne.

Det er ikke til at hitte rede i hvem der er hvad og hvorfor. Jeg bestilte en skjorte hos Jointunior og da jeg er en stor mand bestilte jeg den i str. 5XL som var et X større end jeg plejer - so far so good - det var umuligt at spore pakken, så jeg skrev vrede mails til dem og fik svar tilbage efter et par dage hver gang, og svaret var sø- og bortforklaringer (hver gang gik der så et par dage igen - så fik jeg en mail fra et tilsyneladende Transportfirma fra Halmstad i Sverige MGG Express (som får de værste anmeldelse i Trustpilot, som jeg nogensinde har oplevet og de ER slemme). Så jeg blev jo trods alt glad i dag 3 uger efter jeg bestilte min skjorte - fik den. Og hvad fik jeg så, noget formodentlig Kinesisk møg, hvor der stod 5XL i nakken og hvad skete de så, da jeg tog den på og skulle lukke den - den gabte ca. 15 cm. Så egentlig har de jo reklameret med en falsk vare-betegnelse, da EUROPÆISK 5XL ville passe mig godt og vel, så penge ud af vinduet.
