Great customer service, lovely helpful staff. Sad to see so many of these stores now closing, hoping this store remains as it is hugely valued.

I had such a lovely experience shopping in Balham. The shop itself is beautifully presented, and Kasha, Simin & Sylvia were so attentive and helpful. They helped me choose gifts for my two nieces - who are thrilled too! Thank you for a great shopping experience. I will be back again!

Order never arrived!
I ordered a baby sensory book online in good time to collect from store to give as a Christmas present. One day after ordering, I was advised via email that my item had been delayed by a "few days". Following that, the only communication I received was an email stating that I was getting a refund, with absolutely no explanation as to why. This was now 10 days since ordering and Christmas had been and gone! An advisor on the live chat option told me that they would call my local store to check stock and would ask them to put one aside for me, but this was never followed up with me. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that the item I ordered was still clearly showing as "in stock" online. No alternatives were offered to me, other than to randomly send my money back!

They use Evri... stay away until they change
They use Evri... need i say more. Think charging £5 for delivery and then using the incompetence of Evri to deliver is pretty poor. They also do everything possible to hide the fact they use Evri... even on the tracking through 'My Orders', you can't see that it's Evri until you actually talk to someone. Delivery has been delayed which means it won't arrive in time for Christmas.
