I ordered a 100cm table cloth (round) believing, not unreasonably I feel that the measurements included a drape over the table edge, well it arrived this morning and it looks totally ridiculous it doesn’t even go to the edges very stingy I feel they do give the cloth measurement choices but it doesn’t make it clear it’s exact I’ve ordered a similar product before from another company and it draped over the edges I feel very angry that I’ve wasted a total of £18.97 the quality of the product is not an issue

There was a problem with our original order going missing but they kept me informed and a new item was sent out straight away.

Shamefully overpriced for a piece of material that has literally no finishing. I paid almost £40 for a piece of raw cloth with a parasol hole which I could have just cut out myself with a pair of scissors. I bought an oil cloth made in China on Amazon which had a thousand times better finishing. They offer a finishing with silver or gold ring which I didn’t want but expected there would at least be some kind of ticked edge. Nothing at all.
I was going to order a few more but I’m glad I decided to just order one to see what it’s like. Will not be making more purchases here....

Fabulous range of oil cloth’s and PVC fabrics for tablecloths. Amazing choice of colours and patterns. I’m sure it’s really easy to order online but we are very very lucky to be able to go and choose fabrics too as we are local! Incredibly helpful staff who will really make sure you get the right material. I can really recommend the fabrics and service

Absolutely delighted with my orla kiely tablecloth. It's just what I wanted to match my blind. Prompt, excellent service and arrived on a long tube so no creases.

I don’t think that I’ve got excited about a tablecloth cloth before, or shared photos with friends and family upon its arrival - but my gorgeous tropical monkeys oilskin tablecloth was perfect and I needed to show it off! It’s of fabulous quality and I’m pleased with the silver cut-out for the parasol in the centre - neatly done. Also, I was impressed with the way the item was packaged- it came wrapped around a cardboard tube, rather than folded so there were no creases to deal with. And - a week ahead of the anticipated delivery date too. Such an unusual design - I’m so glad I found this company. Very pleased indeed. :)

Very pleased with my new tablecloth. Love the design - great quality. I paid a little extra to get the edges hemmed and the corners rounded - really well finished - sewing skills are immaculate. I would definately recommend this company. 5 star rating for sure!!

I ordered a tablecloth and received a cut length of Orla Kiely fabric. This was not explicit in the description but it seems it is in the FAQs (who reads those when ordering). It would have been cheaper to order from John Lewis with free delivery. This delivery was quick but expensive, I now have to pay to have it hemmed locally. If you are buying oilcloth fabric it should state fabric and not a tablecloth.

I ordered 2 table cloths and a set of table clips on the 17th March, no bias binding or anything special. I got an email on the 19th with the invoice and the payment left my bank. I checked the shipment tracking number (supplied with the invoice) several times but it was invalid. I then recieved an email on the 23rd saying that one of the patterns I'd chosen had a flaw and they were replacing the roll. This we obviously annoying but understandable. I asked for the remainder of my order to be delivered in the meantime and was assured it would be. This was a week ago and I have recieved no dispatch email or parcel.
I'm a little annoyed that they were so quick to take my money but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for any part of my order.
