We ordered a clear table protector, however it has arrived damaged. Over the last week, I have attempted to contact customer support several times through the live chat, email and Facebook with no response.

Its such a shame, if the product arrived in an acceptable condition it would have been fine. I hope they get in touch to resolve the matter soon.

Update - the company have now reached out and provided a replacement.

I would highly recommend Table Protector Direct for PVC opaque table protectors for their service and product. I ordered a bespoke clear table protector for a new table I'd bought so that I wasn't hiding a great looking table with a table cloth.
The instructions for measuring your table were clear which covered whatever table shape you have also catering for rounded corners.
When received the protector was a perfect fit for my table and looked great.

This is the second table cloth I have purchased and I love it !
Great price and love that you can order to the size that you need.
Will order from here again in the future for sure.

Speedy delivery excellent product. I cut to fit my table which was fairly easy. The heavy duty protector was well worth the money as a full glass of red wine was spilt on the table and not a drop soaked through.

Saved me a trip to one of the hardware stores that wouldn't have had the exact measurements i needed. I was extremely please with the items i ordered and delivery service.

I have had 4 or 5 different covers now and they never fail to disappoint. Fantastic quality, easy to clean and long lasting. Would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a famous paintings table protector. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The quality was excellent and I haven't been pestered daily by the company since. Totally recommend.

I wanted some clear protection for some furniture which has been resprayed. I have ordered made to measure covers from Direct on three separate occasions recently. The delivery is prompt and the quality of items received was very good and cut to my exact requirements.

Table cloth arrived very promptly and lived up to my expectations- lovely.

I am concerned. I order 4 items in total from this company.

2 custom protective mats for our tables of the same size. - Great product and measured well.

2 custom protective mats for our units of differing sizes. - Not so good.

Our 2nd order for the units, both our mats were 3/4cm larger than orders.

I have sent messages via live chat, been on the phone on hold for circa 10 mins and have been unsuccessful in reaching their customer service team.

Their phone lines state a live chat should be the quickest way to reach them and within a few minutes.

At 10 minutes it's too long to wait for this so I'll consider updating this review dependant on the result I get, if I ever get through to their customer service.

I am absolutely delighted with my table protector. I chose one of the oil cloths. There are so many lovely designs to choose from and I found the perfect one to go with my chairs. It is so easy to wipe down and looks fab. I would definitely recommend them and will be purchasing again.

I recieved my order on the 8th Jan, they sent me 8 bright blue table cloths instead of clear. The cloth looks absolutely nothing like the photo or description and it was still blue regardless of the light, it being flat or being on a surface unlike customer services excuses. I had 8 bright blue covers that I did not order. Customer service are none existent, they do not reply to emails for weeks and ignore everything you say,I tried the live chat and they closed it down so I couldn't continue speaking to them when they had not helped at all, when I finally got a reply by email they wanted me to pay return postage for it to get back to them within 2 days or I wouldn't get a refund because they took 2 weeks to reply to me! The customer is not responsible for return postage when the wrong item is sent and it is not as described, and I have 30days to return NOT 14. they are clearly doing this to every customer who has issues based on the reviews, they are not following consumer rights act and have been reported for having policy's that break it. The worst company I have ever used.£80 gone now for something I didn't order all because I can't afford a huge return cost because they refuse to acknowledge they have to pay for it!

Just to add, DO NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE. The company refused completely to cover return of an item that was not as described, which is against consumer rights act and illegal. Go to your bank for a refund, because the bank will side with you when this company is completely responsible for return costs when they are at fault.

Lovely colours, fits perfectly without any trimming. Delivery was very good and quick,although it was folded no creases were permanent and disappeared very quickly, will definitely buy again

Table Protector Direct sent the wrong product and adamantly refused to address the issue or make a refund. I will not use this company again nor will I recommend it.

Furthermore, it immediately closed down the online chat before I could take screenshots of our 'conversation'.

Prospective customers should be wary when dealing with this company.

Looking at the reviews, it seems that my experience is the same as others for whom things went wrong. In my case, the product arrived 3 days later than the maximum date on their 'no rush' option for postage (there was no warning it would be later). I haven't opened it because it was too late to use. My complaint is that they took 10 days to respond to my repeated requests (via 'Chat' and email|) for details of how to return, Eventually (10 days later on Jan. 31st) I had an email saying they would accept a return as 'gesture of good will' but the return must arrive within 7 days of receipt of their email, which is not possible because it is New Year and I am going away to India (the day after they replied). The tone was that I was at fault (there was no apology either for late delivery or for being so tardy in getting back to me about a return and refund). These days, we expect a quick easy return with no questions. Clearly, in the case of this company, if all goes well, customer are satisfied, but if there is any reason for return (for which expense the customer is responsible), the company has not yet got it right. Like some other customers, I am now stuck with an expensive (over £30) table protector that might or might nor come in useful at some time- and I haven't yet opened it to check it's OK. Given the ease and efficiency of other companies, I will not be using this one again.
