We had some loose covers made by this excellent company and, as usual with their products, they fit perfectly and look great.

Fantastic products & service - after such a poor experience with Duvalay, we were delighted to have been treated like an important customer, our order was easy to process (they even knew the dimensions of the fitted sheet we needed based on the make & model of our motorohome - unlike Duvalay who can't seem to match the size required to the mattresses they produce). We bought 2 fitted sheets and they both cover the whole mattress & never ping! Very nice quality and definitely worth the wait after ordering at the NEC. Thank you Jonic, we WILL be back!

Customer service second to none, after picking my motorhome mattresses up to find they didn’t fit due to a number of factors, rang to report the problem, jonic could not have been more apologetic and helpful, quickly returned and new ones made, they are perfect, great products and staff, be hard pushed to find better

The service they offer is truly exceptional. I needed a fresh sheet for our motorhome's island bed, and Nicky handled it flawlessly. From placing the order to receiving the delivery, the new sheet arrived in less than a day. The speed of it all was astonishing. The claim was they know the mattress from the specifications; I do not need to measure or check - it’ll be correct. After receiving two topper-mattresses, neither of which fitted the bed I have to assume either I have a non-standard bed or the claim is incorrect.
However, the return and refund process was effective, so no harm done but a loss of time.

Contacted Jonic via live chat numerous times prior to ordering. They were very friendly and helpful and told me if I had any further questions to contact them. I ordered a custom mattress topper and fitted sheet. I chose their ultra delivery service which mean my items would be delivered within 7 days. To my astonishment my topper and sheet arrived 2 days after ordering! My topper and sheet are now fitted in my caravan. Although not tested in full anger yet, the topper feels really nice to lie on and the fitted sheet fits lovely. Thank you Jonic for the excellent service and quality items. Just hope your after sales is as good

Brilliant. Ordered 16th April, delivered 1st May. Delivered 2 weeks earlier than stated timeframe. Two custom sized shallow (16cm) pocket sprung mattresses for our motorhome. The second order I’ve placed. I’ve come back as the first mattress was so comfortable. Would recommend.

Jonic have just made a bespoke 3" memory foam mattress toper for our motorhomes island bed. Very well made, good quality materials used and an excellent service. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and helpful. We are due to go away for a few weeks in our motorhome and asked for an express service, which we got, in just over a week it was made and delivered to the isle of wight. Thank you Jonic.

What a great service they provide. I ordered a new sheet for our motorhome island bed and Nicky dealt with everything to perfection. I received the new sheet in under 24 hours from order to delivery. I can't believe how quickly it was all done.

I just wish I had purchased a Jonic 1000 pocket mattress when we purchased our Chausson 728EB seven years ago. Having tolerated the 3 inch thick foam mattress supplied by Chausson for six seasons, I cannot believe how much better I slept during our five week trip earlier this summer. I cannot recommend strongly enough that motorhome and caravan users really consider upgrading their mattress and would wholeheartedly recommend Jonic as an excellent bespoke manufacturer.

Had a call to check exactly what I was expecting. The quality is very good however a wee bit expensive.

Very professional efficient company

The correct delivery address was not given to the courier and therefore it took 3 attempts before it was delivered correctly. The delivery company have said this was down to you .

Their service and attention to detail are exemplary. They are easy to deal with. They are friendly and efficient and my goods arrived on the date agreed. Will definitely do business with them again

The company is very good with communication. The goods were produced and received well within the thirty days quoted as a maximum. The goods were well packed. Just one irritation. The sheets were made for an Adria Twin 640 SGX Supreme. The bedding mattresses (all three) are irregular shapes, ok its easy enough to identify the large main mattress sheet, but there was no indication as to which way round the sheet was made. The two smaller side mattress sheets are worse in that they are two different sizes, (but not by much). It would have saved some hassle if Jonic had labelled these side mattress sheets left and right and also top and bottom. So the bottom line is that I am well pleased with the product, just a little bit extra from Jonic would have saved a lot of "flaffing" about trying to work out the orientation of the sheets.

A very easy, straightforward transaction when purchasing replacement seat covers for our motorhome. Great communication (especially from Emma) and swift delivery of a quality product meant that we were delighted with the end result - a simple and
economical way to update the van. Thank you Emma and Jonic. (P.s. we used stretchy elastic sheet clips on the underside to ensure a really taut, smooth finish).
