Received our dining chairs and we love them. Waited a bit longer than normal for delivery as we had to cancel the first date we were offered. Not the fault of Joshua Interiors so very happy .

I ordered a small leather bench sofa…
I ordered a small leather bench sofa and matching chair. Very happy with purchases, well made and fit perfectly in the space required. Colour perfect, substantial pieces and as described online.
Contacted before delivery to arrange date and time, very accommodating.
Was initially slightly sceptical ordering before seeing them but so glad I did. Would be more than happy to use Joshua interior again

We are dissapointed to hear you are not satisfied with our service.
We answered your emails straight away and worked on rectifying your less than satisfactory seat cushion issue. We replaced your seat cushion straight from the manufacturer however this was not satisfactory.
You did not want us to collect the chair and refund you in full. You preffered that we compensate you so you could have a local upholster refill the seat cushion.
We compensated you and received confirmation that your chair was now much better.
If you were not satisfied with this chair we could have collected this and issued you a full refund, that would not have been a problem as stated in our emails.

Item is good
The item looks as what was shown on the website. Buying online means you don't get to try it beforehand. Wish the chair was less firm and more comfortable.

Shocking exhausting delivery service, nice sofa
The sofa itself is great and of high quality. That and Kyle in their customer service team are the only reason they are getting above 1 star.
We had two deliveries cancelled when we waiting in all day, loads of delays and I spent so much time having to write emails and call about it. Their delivery company “Gallery Direct” is terrible (as stated in their reviews on Google).
I would avoid ordering from Joshua Interiors until they sort out a new courier.
