The chairs were delivered slightly later then advertised hence, only four stars, but once I chased the matter up, the explanation was very prompt. Good communication from the delivery company. The two armchairs arrived well packaged. They are well built, very comfortable and as described on the website which is reassuring when you are buying without trying. Very happy with my purchase.

We thought that the service was excellent. Detailed information was provided about the products that we were purchasing, including care after purchase. Any queries we had were dealt with either by phone or on the internet and staff were very courteous. It is the first time we have bought furniture online so we did feel a little apprehensive. They were very helpful when arranging delivery as initially we thought we might like to wait a few weeks for delivery (to tie in with decorators etc), but then changed our minds. The packages were very well packed and everything arrived in perfect condition with clear instructions about the very minimal assembly needed. I would definitely recommend this company. The website is easy to use with clear descriptions and dimensions, and this makes selecting your items straight forward.
