A lovely cosy dress with lovely buttons. Very festive! Nice to see a print other than leopard , floral, or polka dots . Only marking it down as it would have been nicer in needle cord. It is brushed cotton , and it is a bit duller than expected.

Placed my order with next day delivery chosen, was then emailed saying the full order couldn’t be fulfilled as stock wasn’t available. My order then took longer to arrive than the next day option I’d chosen. Disappointing.

I love the jacket that I bought, amazing quality! I bought a jacket from joy store 7 years ago and I wore that jacket until I bought another one recently. Def recommend!

I ordered a jacket online 3 weeks ago. The jacket was in stock on the website and the money was taken from my account. The jacket still hasn't been despatched. I have contacted customer service twice and they say they are awaiting a response from the warehouse. If it is going to take so long it is unfair to take payment until despatched. Very very disappointed, still no jacket.

Delighted with my beautiful, stylish coat. Warm, roomy and chic - has been thoroughly soaked twice in last two days, but dried out easily and looks as good as new.
The service I received was informative- and garment arrived promptly within two days of ordering. I shall certainly be using your fashion store again. Many thanks.

I did not receive the correct order - I will be returning the dresses that I have received. Very disappointed !

I LOVE Joy. One thing I don't love though is the quality of the clothes. The prints are gorgeous, and customer service is so responsive and helpful.

However I've had two disappointing experiences. The first one was when I ordered a dress that literally fell apart after washing once - luckily the lovely people at Joy sent me a replacement!

The second and most recent experience was ordering a jumpsuit that appears to have been badly designed and had no way of getting it on! It was supposed to have an elasticised waist but didn't, so i couldn't get it over my hips.

Again, Joy were super helpful and apologetic and said it was a design issue they'd follow up on. But it's still incredibly disappointing when the print was so beautiful and the quality seemed great.

I'll continue to shop with Joy, but hope they can resolve some of these poor design and quality issues.

Edited to say: thanks for issuing my refund! I hope this jumpsuit comes back in future as it's so beautiful!

I've been ordering from Joy for the very first time this last week, and I can't rave enough about how amazing this company is! I've never had clothes fit me so well! Everything is of beautiful quality and I couldn't believe how fast the shipping was. I'll definitely be ordering a lot more in the future, this is what all shops should aspire to be!

I ordered merchandise on May 2, 2021. I have not received any items as of July 25, 2021. Paypal temporarily refunded the amount and then charged it back again. I had to wait 1 hour to just file a dispute after they transferred me to more than 3 people and several disconnections. They do offer callback with an additional on call wait. (Not Joyfornice they only offer email and fax numbers)

Clothing quality is OK, order and delivery process was good. However, the refund time is unacceptably poor.

21 days they have advised for my refund on quite a big order. For this reason I will not be ordering in the future. I would avoid if you are looking for quick return on refunds. This is the first online clothing company that I have had to endure such a lengthy refund process. Improve Joy!

Bad quality and expensive. More than one month to get the refund.
The material of the dresses are really thin, they don’t worth the price you ask and even in reduction is very expensive for the low quality. Actually I can find better options in new look, h&m and even Primark for less money. The style and pattern are really nice but considering there are a lot of places where you can buy different clothes with good prices, I think Joy doesn’t meet, at least, my criteria.

Also the refund take ages, one month to Joy to answer they have the clothes back, and 21 days to get the refund. And not to mention the delivery costs, other retails offer for free or is not too expensive.

Honestly, I am not going to do more shopping here.

Used the website instead of physical shop.
Website was easy to navigate and there were enough pictures & information to know the product.
It would be preferred if they had a "next page" button instead of having to scroll down to see the products.

Delivery arrived in good time and the condition of the items was excellent.

My experience with this store is always hit or miss. I used to visit their York Store a lot before it closed, and preferred this to online shopping as the fit of their clothing varies quite a lot and I could figure out there and then if stuff didn’t fit rather than wasting my time placing an order. I would often try on 3-5 dresses in store and usually only 1 would fit and the others would be ill-fitting in all different areas, despite all being the same size. I own a couple dresses which I bought from the York store many years ago which I do still enjoy to this day. I recently purchased a coat from them online which is absolutely stunning and I love, & in this same order was an equally beautiful dress that I ended up having to return because it started to break after 1 wash, (I hadn’t even worn it yet, other than to try). I had to contact them last week as it’d been 30 days since they received the prior mentioned returned dress and they hadn’t refunded me (their site says to wait 30 days before contacting them), and they responded by refunding me & apologised because they were supposed to action the refund on June 1st…so if it weren’t for me remembering it was outstanding I would never have received the refund. I might avoid shopping here in the future as it can be more hassle than it’s worth and can be quite pricey.

I have bought several short-sleeved shirts from Joy this year and they're all great. Bright colours and patterns, soft fabric which washes well and a flattering fit.

Cancel my order now. Still not billed to account. Unless you want to drop a whole lot dpwn on cost.
