Amazing service and bike boots thank

First time in store and purchasing, Becki who was very helpful and knowledgeable, made sure I left with the correct clothing and sizing. I was very pleased and will be back again.

Last helmets off them I neglected to check date on it until replacing it turns out it was 4 years old when I bought it!!
Beware!

I bought a pair of FOX motorcycle boots which were advertised on their site. Once purchased they were delivered in a timely manner.

On delivery the boots I received were the model below the ones they were advertising.

I emailed customer service the same day and was informed it was a mistake and they quickly changed the picture to show correct boots and the price originally shown.

I have wasted my time using this company and I now have to shop elsewhere and also use warmer boots for my trip!

Refund offered which I will take but at an inconvenience, I now have to drop the parcel off for collection and wait 7 days or more for them to refund my money.

I won't use these again and I will stick to companies that I can trust.

Visited cardiff store. Friendly and helpful staff, was nice to be greeted when I entered. Tidy choice of clothing and helmets but could do with having a slightly bigger footware selection. More than happy to use again. Thanks.

Used J&S at Finedon to purchase a Cardo Edge. Jonny very kindly fitted the system into my Shoei lid and it works a treat. Great service and much appreciated

Birmingham Store.

Had nothing but great experiences with J&S. Purchased some boots from here, even tried them on in store, but after getting home and trying them on again, they just weren’t quite right. Contacted them to see if I’d be able to bring them back, was told absolutely no problem, whenever I’m ready, just bring them back in and they’ll either refund or swap them for the correct size.

Really pleasant staff, knowledgeable about the items they sell and put you at ease when making purchases.

I bought a new flip crash helmet at the Braintree store today. The two guys that helped me with my purchase were brilliant. They made sure it fitted me correctly and talked me through the features of the helmet. I also purchased a Pinlock Anti fog insert which they attach for me. They even installed my intercom, speakers and microphone.

Truly top notch service. If I need anything else I will definitely return to the Braintree Store.

I didn't buy from them a few weeks back because of the so so reviews. Yesterday I saw a great deal on a RST hoodie on their website and thought screw the reviews I'm trying them. So glad I did because the item turned up in less than 24 hours and was exactly as described. No issues whatsoever and I'll 100% buy from them again.

Twice in New Malden store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who seem serious about providing customers what customers need. Gave me lots of time, answered lots of questions. Good selection of stock in store. Ordered a Richa jacket online; it arrived two days later.

Good company and very good products especially for bikers but unfortunately they use DPD UK for delivery and Dpd uk are one of the worst delivery company’s our there

Ordered a t-shirt on the 14th March had no update 19th so contacted them to be told they are struggling to find it ?
Asked them to cancel buyers beware !!!!

Awful experience. Was sold a new helmet that was actually manufactured in 2010. When I took it back the manager told me that shelf life starts from when you wear it! This helmet had been on display so was well out of its shelf life. I was also told if they took all helmets that were old off the shelf they would have no stock. I emailed J&S and was told on 14th Feb that an area manager would contact me within 48 hours… it’s now the 21st and no contact. I find it unbelievable that they are selling helmets that were manufactured 15 years ago when we are told they have a maximum shelf life of 3-5 years and will never buy anything from there again.

Absolute awful place. Do not buy a phone holder if you want to waste £100. The quad lock they provide is faulty. The customer service I had received was terrible. They lied over the phone about getting a voucher for a faulty phone mount and when I got there they said they can’t take it back as it’s broken. It was obviously broken before I had tried to mount it on my bike. Do not go here if you want to pay way more money than you should. Horrible place to shop for expensive items.

Fantastic place but when I checked (stupid me for not doing so) I paid 40% more for items that I could have bought from alternative shops cheaper, and even the market value of said gear actually is cheaper than what they charged IE helmet they sold for £279.00 sells almost everywhere for £199 yes from shops? Gloves I paid £40? £25 in other bike shops, I trusted them to help me not sell me gear at over inflated prices, even my mate informed me he bought £150 water proof boots that wasn't waterproof..... Like I said staff are great but it looks like I'm paying 1/3rd extra for that advice,

Absolutely shocking service, the live chat person was unprofessional. Ordered an item worth £150 which was around 3 days out of its warranty and they refuse to do anything. I even offered to pay to get the item fixed and they didn't want to know. They said they don't offer to fix it out of warranty because they want you to buy the item again. Contacting financial provider instead to explain the situation.

Quick postage, helpful staff. Good range of motorbike clothing. Enables you to try and compare the best motorbike clothes for yourself. Highly recommend looking.

Just purchased some really nice RST short boots, sent them the link for price match as I saw them £30 cheaper elsewhere, discount code sent to me within hours and I purchased online, order sent out immediately and I received the boots next day! Overall very happy 😊 thank you

Useless, website promises a price match so provided an email showing a competitor price and offered the chance for them to match. After six emails taking three days they refused to price match breaching their own policy. I can’t stress enough this was for a Arai quantic dark citizen, very specific all the way through the communication. Complete waste of time use one of the many other competitors. Helmet now ordered from helmet city and delighted with the price.
