Simply the best
In my experience they are never happy unless you are, customer service levels that, sadly, are rarely found these days. On top of that I have always found their charges for servicing and repairs fair and transparent.

Fantastic, nice and honest service
JT Hughes Newtown Kia were great because they were open, honest and nice. They helped me buy a car rather than trying to sell me a car.

I broke down on the m54 and got relayed to JT Hughes. The lads looked at my car first thing even though I wasn't booked in, so I knew where I stood.

Richard was very helpful, he went the extra mile to find the right car for us to purchase. He explained everything in detail on the day we viewed the car and also gave us a very good deal on the part exchange for our old vehicle.
He has also been helpful in the week after we collected the new car with further questions from our selves. Great sales and after sales experience should be shared with others .

Consistent service and reliable used cars
JT Hughes Telford Hyundai have always offered me consistent and reliable service over more than ten years. The staff are friendly and have offered honest advice when buying and selling my cars. In total I have bought 2 Honda's and 1 Hyundai car over the years - without a single problem.

"I'd recommend JT Hughes Shrewsbury Hyundai to a friend because my husband and I have always had a positive experience. We are very happy with our first Hyundai, a Santa Fe, and the after sales service. The team are great and work with you to resolve any mechanical matters and give full explanations which, as one of us is an engineer by background, is very much appreciated. Based on our personal experience we would have no hesitation in recommending J T Hughes.
