Julia Jones Opiniões

Customer was fabulous kept up to date and we absolutely love our new sofa thank you so much

Great customer service and order management

Great friendly service. Thank you.

Great and personal service both before and after purchase. A lovely place to shop.

I was looking for a new sofa after fracturing my spine and had researched appropriate sofas for some time when I discovered the Spanish range Fama. Julia Jones is their main UK supplier. I discussed with Zeta Jones, who was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I didn't want to rush into buying a sofa that I'd never seen in person or tried out, however, the reviews on the Fama range spoke for themselves, and Zeta gave me a lot of information on the range. I was sent some fabric samples and after quite a few changes to styles and colours, I decided on the Venice pink velvet 2 seater Axel reclining sofa & the Venice green velvet Adan reclining swivel chair, with the most gorgeous Chaos fabric to contrast. Both the sofa and chair came with contrasting cushions. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase, they really have helped in my recovery and I cannot recommend the Fama brand enough, or Julia Jones. Thank you Zeta.

Great products. Love the furniture. This is a small family run business. Rob and Zeta give an amazing service both at point of sale, and after sale. I don't think we will go anywhere else.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Great communication throughout and products are incredible quality.

The shopping experience was excellent with a great array of furniture. We bought a stylish reclining chair that we are very happy with.
We did have some snags with the chair that we bought, however they were effectively dealt with post sale.
The after sales service is great and gives great confidence as a customer, so many places get a sale and then wash their hands of you.

Great service and brilliant advice. Very easy and oleasant to deal with and delivered as when they said they would be.

Great choice and great service

Have dealt with this wonderful company for over 30 years. Julia herself, decked out my whole house , in time, and my wonderful curtains an blinds , remain, and still look perfect. They are still an unique and totally professional company, and I can always be assured, of the very best purchases and after care , of this wonderful company. Thank you.

We were kept up to date with the movement of our loungers. Excellent customer service. Really happy with the product.

Bought Nardi outdoor tables and although there was a delay in receiving goods and one item was broken I still rate Julia Jones 5 stars .
They were not responsible for issues They were very helpful and honest in doing their best to resolve both issues. I would recommend this company.

Excellent Service and great quality garden furniture.
Thank you Zeta for your advice.

Highly recommended.

Excellent product backed up with outstanding service. Well done Team.

Great range of products
Fantastic customer service and communication
Would definitely use again

I love my chair especially in the evening when I really put my feet up.
The arms are a bit creaky and as I am only 5ft 1 in tall I have to wriggle to get back into it.
All who have seen it really love the pattern as of course so do I.

NARDI GARDEN CHAIR .
REVIEW BY SUSAN WESTON.
Returning from living in Greece I found this company that stocked Nardi garden furniture in the UK . Love this furniture and so happy that I was able to easily navigate their website , order the chair that I was familiar with having had the same in Greece .
Great customer service . Great delivery , chair very well packed . Slight problem with chair cushion but not the fault of Julia Jones . Julia Jones company sorting the problem with Nardi and replacement cushion on the way . All good .
