Marvellous - the chairs and tables look lovely under my apple tree. Thank you Zeta for being so attentive

From help with order to regular updates!
Outstanding!

Excellent service! The Fama range is superb… delivered on time with a great delivery service.

Sometimes you find a company that are so passionate, and dedicated to their product and customers, that it almost takes your breath away.
I live in N. Ireland and contacted numerous companies, about delivering a Nardi table and chair set, to my address. Most didn’t even reply buy I got an email from Zeta at 8.30pm saying she would get a quote to me.
It was sorted out a couple of days later with detailed communication and a phone call.
You made my shopping experience that little bit easier, so thank you Zeta and Rob.

Many thanks
Anthony.

Fantastic service from Zeta, as ever.

: A family company with knowledge, style & passion in the furniture industry,
: Not pushy at all,

A great personal service with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. Zeta took time to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and that it would be the perfect fit. I was also confident that there would be no problem getting the large sofas into my bungalow as they were modular and built in the room. The 2 men that delivered and built them were also extremely helpful. All in all a great experience and I am absolutely delighted with my new furniture. Would definitely recommend.

What a pleasure it was to deal with a competent and professional business like Julia Jones ! Nothing was too much trouble with helping us choose our furniture & organising delivery !
I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future !
Thank you, Meirion & Nerys Jones .

This is the 2nd on line purchase we've made with Julia Jones and it all went as smoothly as the 1st. Always kept up to date with deliveries and timescales and a pleasure to deal with on the phone. Well done. A business to trust.

Excellent service from order to delivery. Would definitely recommend! Plus . . . it's just a pleasure to deal with a 'proper' family business who 'know their stuff'

Brilliant service, amazing products and great value. The Nardi garden furniture we ordered looks amazing. Really cool, eco and low maintenance - everything we wanted.

Great experience from start to finish with exceptional personal service. Thank you

The personal touch is amazing! From the very beginning we could tell we were dealing with a company who cared about making its customer happy! Fabulous

Fantastic service great sun lounger
Kept informed about delivery 1st class service

Prompt delivery and securely packed garden chairs. I’d definitely buy again from here.

Helpful advice when choosing goods, delivery times as quoted, great personal service from both of you. Many thanks

Wow - this company knows how to deliver a perfect customer experience and the 2 recliner sofas and they are great quality and really comfortable. We are really enjoying them.

Excellent advice and service, with a product range 2nd to none in North Wales/North of England….

Very happy with service and sofa. Very responsive to swatch requests & info etc. Item arrived sooner than expected and fully lives up to expectations. Delivery was prompt & efficient.
Would happily buy from this company again, thank you!

My Nardi table and chairs, which were excellent value for money from Julia Jones, arrived exactly when I was told they would, and in perfect condition. I already have some Nardi products that have been outside permanently for atleast 3 years. They still look like they did when first unboxed, and are exactly the same colour as the new ones: a real testament to the brand.
