Julia Jones Opiniões

This company made choosing our Nardia garden furniture so much easier. We were helped to decide on what was best for our requirements and ordering and delivery, all went smoothly. Great service and great value products.

Great products at competitive prices. Friendly communication about the order and delivery. An item was missing when it arrived at Julia Jones; I was asked if I wanted the available items to be delivered, and for the missing item to be sent separately at a later date. I chose for all the items to be delivered at the same time.

The personal attention in the shop was special, and Zeta's patience with us!

What was very important about this company was we had personal contact with the company who kept us informed throughout the buying process through to delivery. We were also given very good advice on the choice of colours etc. of the goods were intended to purchase.

Great customer service and good price. Very nice people - kept us up to date with info on how our order was going.
Great garden furniture too - we love it.
Would definitely recommend this company

Really lovely customer service, competitive prices and a great sofa bed

Highly recommended, very helpful, very friendly and very fast

Very helpful when adding an additional item to the order . Very efficient and proactive when arranging delivery

We saw a relative's outdoor furniture from Julia Jones and ordered some for our own garden. The range of colour choice is fantastic! Julia Jones' staff were very helpful and informative. They kept us in the loop about import dates from Italy and delivery times which suited us. More importantly we are thrilled with the way the all weather furniture tempts us to relax outdoors and enjoy our garden together and with friends.

Good service with clear communication, competitive price, and prompt delivery. Thank you

Excellent customer services and communication. Great product. Would highly recommend.

Absolute top quality service nothing was too much trouble. Larger leather colour sample was ordered direct from the manufacturer and quickly delivered to ensure we would be totally happy with the colour. Excellent delivery service also.
I would have no hesitation at all using this retailer again.

After much searching for a new swivel recliner chair I found the Julia Jones website. There I soon spotted the perfect chair for me. Not only with swivel and recliner capability but also the option of battery power, perfect for my room as there was no electricity socket near where the chair would sit. The seat of the chair is a good height, helpful for my arthritic knees. Must admit it took me a few hours to decide on the fabric I wanted form the vast selection available.
Excited to place my order, I was filled with confidence through the prompt and friendly communication.
My chair looks beautiful and is wonderfully comfortable!

Brilliant all round!
Zeta was so helpful when we were exploring purchasing Nardi Doha chairs - video calling to show us how the chairs would look around our circular table. So helpful and the whole transaction went so smoothly- delivered just as described. Love the chairs! Thank you so much

Emails kept me informed and delivery arrived on the right day

Great service, very courteous, and we came to a mutually agreeable date for the delivery of good. Highly recommended.

Lovely company. So helpful and delighted with my dining chairs.
Highly recommended.

I ordered online a stylish armchair, Julia was very helpful sorting out my order. The process of ordering was easy and all queries answered.
Amazing customer service, very pleased with everything.

What an incredible service from the word go. Helpful when deciding on fabric by sending be samples, then great at virtual design and helping on the decision of how to configure my sofas. Delivery and installation brilliant too. My new sofas are such a great talking point, but most of all, comfortable and stylish. 100% recommended..
