We noticed that you left a 1-star review because your racket arrived unstrung. Just to clarify — the Speed Pro model is sold unstrung, and this is mentioned on the product page. We also currently offer a free restring option, which can be selected when ordering, but it appears this wasn’t chosen during checkout.

I’ve attached a copy of your order for your reference so you can see what was selected. We completely understand how this could be confusing and wanted to reassure you that your order was processed correctly.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review. I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by your recent order.

I want to apologise for the confusion around the string that was fitted to your racket. You were assured it matched what you requested, and it’s clear that this has not been your experience. That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and I fully understand why this has left you feeling misled.

Please be assured there was no intention to supply an incorrect or inferior product. However, I accept that the outcome matters more than intent, and in this case we have let you down.

I would very much like the opportunity to put this right for you, whether that’s by restringing the racket with the correct string, offering a refund for the stringing, or another solution that you feel is fair. If you’re open to this, please reply directly and I will personally take care of it.

Once again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience and for the experience you’ve had. We appreciate your feedback and will be using it to ensure this does not happen again.
