"Custom strings" were incorrect and damaged
I ordered a racket with this company because they were offering a "free string upgrade". However, after only two hours of play, I noticed significant fraying on the horizontal strings, which raises concerns about whether new strings were actually used. It was also clear that different types of strings had been used for the vertical and horizontal strings. And it wasn't clear whether either of these were the strings I ordered. The tension was also far higher than what I ordered.
I emailed the company directly about this one week ago but haven't had a response.
I wouldn't recommend using their stringing service.

Ordered 2 of the wrong rackets
Ordered 2 of the wrong rackets. I used the what's app number to contact customer service and response was prompt and the order was cancelled. I believe this method may be new as I could see other complaining that communication was difficult. This certainly wasn't my experience! Gary then phoned me with great advice. I reordered a racket and received the order within 24 hours. I've ordered a few rackets from other places but Just rackets has been far superior to anywhere else! I would recommend the company!

2 rackets purchased
Bought a couple of rackets with a free specific string upgrade worth £35 each per racket.
Rackets came with cheap synthetic gut instead of the polyester string requested without prior warning. I would have accepted a £50 credit for the cost of restringing 2 rackets but instead had to send them back to be restrung. Not ideal.
Update on this following the response below. The string was not replaced with a like for like multifilament string it was replaced with the cheapest Head Synthetic Gut on the market.
Gary then refused to pay for the return shipping costs so instead I had to cancel my credit card payment and wait for a return postage label to be sent to me. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Our intention is always to deliver exactly what was promised, and we understand your frustration when the rackets arrived strung with a string type that didn’t match your expectations. This clearly fell short of our usual standards, and we regret any inconvenience caused.

Once the issue was brought to our attention, we offered a free re-string service to ensure you received the upgrade as advertised. We understand you would have preferred a credit to handle this locally, but unfortunately, that wasn’t an option available at the time.
We’re very sorry to hear that you felt forced to cancel your payment, and that the situation escalated to that point. Our team did arrange for a return label to be sent and covered the cost of re-stringing the rackets to rectify the situation. Got my racket much quicker than…
Got my racket much quicker than expected. Delivered on Sat morning which was really handy.
Will keep the plastic on the handle so I can try it out and return if necessary which is great to know. It means I'm able to go for a quite different type of racket and try it.
I'm unlikely to return it but it's good to have that option.
I've not bought from these guys before but would definitely use them again. First class service.

Appalling customer service!
I returned a faulty Padel racket on 3 June by recorded next day delivery at Gary’s request. I have chased every couple of days since and keep getting fobbed off- I tried going direct to my bank for a refund and Just Rackets refused this- despite having had my racket for over 25 days and promising an exchange that has never materialised.
Whenever you ring and ask for Gary he’s not available and yet is the only one who can apparently handle these queries- you leave a message for him to call and it never happens- dreadful customer service and will be taken further if the racket or refund is not forthcoming.

We fully appreciate how frustrating this situation must be. Your return was received and promptly forwarded to Head UK for inspection and resolution, as is required for warranty assessments. Unfortunately, the turnaround time from Head UK has been significantly slower than expected, and this has caused a delay beyond our usual service standards.
We understand that the lack of timely updates and the difficulty in reaching our returns manager, Gary, has only added to your frustration — for this, we sincerely apologise.
