My Daughter and her friend went to justcuts for a hair cut together for a day out and it cost $300. my daughter ran out crying because they put something in her hair and half her hair burnt off. then her friends hair was chopped not cut, it was like the hairdresser got a butcher knife and chopped it like a piece of meet on a chopping board. THEN A GROWN MAN THAT WORKED THERE ASKED IF THEY WANTED TO GO TO HIS HOUSE LATER TONIGHT AND HAVE A BLOWIE IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN. Then a girl named Susan shot her self and all her blood got all over us, then that costed another $80 to clean up. worst experience ever. my father can cut better then this crap and he is dead.

My daughter, Bethany, had went to one of the JustCuts locations for a simple trim, and ended up with half of her head of hair chopped off. It looked as it had been chopped off with a damn butcher knife on a chopping board. They had refused to give me a refund or any compensation. I even paid $75 for a shampoo and blow-dry. Worst experience ever. Not to mention, Susan shot herself and made us pay another $75. Shoutout to my barber Clementine. #LowTaperFade. I also got a haircut in the back alleyway of the Coles at semaphore and it was better than this crap. Don't ever come to this salon, better off chopping at home.

I had the best experience with my hairdresser Rangi today. Very happy with my haircut, I got exactly what I wanted with a few laughs along the way. Would highly recommend popping in to see Rangi.

Just had the worst haircut of my life from Jade at Just Cuts Bundaberg. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I am disappointed with the quality of this shop. As a franchisor or owner, I would be embarrassed to associate my name with it. Don't bother complaining—they ignore feedback and don't respond to emails, even to their head office.
They only cut half a head and consider it a complete job. Hair is crucial for one's well-being and having an inexperienced or apprentice butcher grab some scissor and pretend to be a hairdresser negatively impacts the mental health of clients

Charged $75 for shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry at their Belconnen store today (Feb 9). I am sure they made a mistake because on their website it says shampoo is complimentary with the blow dry. The stylist argued with me and insisted they charged for the shampoo and blow dry SEPARATELY ! I could've asked to speak to the manager, but my daughter was getting upset and I didn't want to create a scene, so I paid and left. I think I deserve an explanation, given what was published on their website.

My daughter who is 14 just came in for a wash, trim and dry off at Just Cuts CHATSWOOD and was charged… $125?! Crazy price for a student too. My daughter just paid for and left and was in tears, she was as shocked as I was when I saw the price! WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was appalling, she was rude and spoke to my my child aggressively and then refused to cut my other daughters hair

I often see a different hairdresser when I go to Just Cuts, and I go to Just Cuts as my regular hairdresser, but I have never had a cut I haven't been totally happy with. All staff are friendly, courteous and skilled at their job. I highly recommend them.

Highly rubbish choice if you choose Just Cuts Fyshwick . Don't waste your money and time. Save your feelings as well. You feel so low after getting a haircut from this place. Low standards of customer service.

I just had my haircut at just cuts in North West Mall by Bonnie. She did it exactly as the picture and gave me tips on how to style my new haircut. I'm very satisfied. Just walked in and the price is good.

As a regular client, I highly recommend ‘Just Cut’ in Bury. I recently had my hair cut and styled. Aaron is very skilled and committed to providing an excellent service at an affordable price.

Worst haircut ever, missed our local just cuts at hornby with best hairdresser "first" so thought we'd try riccarton mall just cuts. I had to tell her how to do her job, she then uses lots of product to try fix her crap cut. Never again!

My hair was cut just the way i like it. Lisa P very friendly & easy to talk to. She made sure i was 100% happy with my cut. This was in Warwick. My cut was done on the 19/11/24.

Although I had a little wait, it was very much worth it. My stylist Grace apologized and made me feel welcome right from the start. After a conversation about the mammoth talk of how to make me look presentable Grace went about her work. During my cut it become very apparently that Grace genuinely enjoyed what she did and enjoyed listening to me dribble on about my day. After letting me take a some photos of my hair at some ugly stages to post on my facebook page for my mates to laugh at she brushed of the mess and lead me to the counter. I left feeling very happy with haircut and also happy about how mt Friday finished. I would like to thank Grace and recommend her services to anyone. Nga mini Keryn from Sandringham.

Went to Richmond (Nelson) with 4 kids and had the worst cuts ever. The lady who did mine, and one of my stepdaughters, screwed them both up, even after looking at photos of what we wanted. She didn't know what she was doing and had to stop and let someone else "fix' mine for me. Won't ever go there again, and definitely don't recommend it.

This was the most distressed that I had seen my niece re hair. She received the most awful trim there and when she asked the hairdresser about her hair being uneven, the hairdresser made excuses about her parting being on the ‘side’ when it was very obvious that the parting was in the middle. She took her mum over and told the hairdresser that she was very unsatisfied and showed her hair to ask how that was even, the hairdressers colleague told her to leave and that he will not have her ‘slandering’ and the ‘bullshit’ because there were some other customers waiting for a cut. She asked for a receipt which she was also not given

Let me just ask, when and where was my niece supposed to complain, and how is it legal for businesses to deny receipt to customers.
I would never recommend a place with the above attitude. If I could give negative stars, I would be giving that but unfortunately we have to do at least 1 star to be able to warn people. If you value your hair don’t use this until it gets called to account.

I'm with David (below). Went into Johnsonville for a trim yesterday and after 10 mins with Edwina Scissorhands came out looking like an escaped mental patient!
