It was an easy process to buy flowers. It was hard tp pay the price thats why only 4 stars not 5.

I had to go through several online flower shops until I got to this one, I had almost given up. This was the only one that would deliver to the area code where my friend lives and with me not being able to visit her or attend her mothers funeral I really wanted to send her flowers and Just Flowers Inc made it possible. Thank You!

It was extremely easy selecting and ordering on line. The basket of flowers was very pretty and was for a reasonable price. It also was delivered to the funeral home on time for the service.

If I could give a negative star I would! Ordered for next day delivery for an arrangement that was very time sensitive. They just flat out didnt deliver it. I had to call the next day and ask and they had no apology, nothing. Just wasnt delivered. Only a $5 credit offered and I had to fight for more, resulting in a $10 credit. This simply could have been made better by CALLING and saying hey we arent able to deliver your flowers today. I will never use them again and tell everyone not to use them as well. Super disappointed.

The lady was very helpful and was very exact about taking all details correctly. She made sure that she had the spelling correctly.

We placed multiple orders for a funeral 6 days before the day of the funeral. None of the orders were delivered. It resulted in a very significant and sad result with no representation of our company and staff. Their excuse was that they could not get ahold of the "Florist". They could have contacted us on such an important event, and at least given us a chance to contact another florist. Our only contact after repeated calls was to a call center out of the country. They had no managers available. I was given a number for managers. I called three times and was on hold for 3 minutes each time before being disconnected. This is a highly unprofessional company who obviously runs its services from outside of the USA. There is no way for us to make up this huge faux pas to our loved one. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are brokers in a call center in India who is a big machine and dont really care about the quality of their services. The person in customer service could not even issue a refund without a manager for mutiple orders that were not delivered to a funeral. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

This flower shop is absolutely wonderful! I made my order online at almost midnight and the flowers were delivered the very next day. It was easy to order they have a wide selection, and the order arrived on time. I would highly recommend this flower shop to anybody looking to order flowers for their loved ones or friends.

I would have rated your company with 5 stars. However, I contacted the persons that I sent the flowers to and I was told the arrangement was beautiful. But, you forgot to include the Congratulations balloon I paid an extra $4.99 dollars for.

The website was easy to navigate through. I was able to get the arrangement ordered and it was beautiful! It arrived to the correct address and it was on time.

This was a great experience from start to finish with just a small hiccup but fantastic support throughout the process. The minor hiccup did not affect delivery of the flowers nor the experience for the grieving and it was handled quickly, professionally and completely satisfactorily when I reported it. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely order again with this company and recommend them to others.

I ordered online for the nearest florist. Turns out it wasn't the nearest florist for the delivery. The company changed the florist to one that was closer to the destination. Flowers were beautiful and smelled great.

The flowers were for a friend of mine who had. Token her arm. She called and said they were beautiful and the one bright spot so far.

Hands Down the worst. Canceled order after two days late and no one could tell me the status.
