Many thanks to Arthur who helped me unravel a rather complicated package of policies (cancellation of parts, and renewals, then guidance for next steps) very helpful.

Totally inconsistent – they said that due to underwriting criteria change they could not renew the landlord insurance on my UK property because I lived abroad, whilst they had no problems in renewing the landlord policy on my other UK property with them knowing that I lived abroad….

I hope any claims experience will be better than the signing up experience. I went all through the process to payment and you INSISTED I fill in the box to say what relationship I was to the insured! I am the insured, but nothing would work (and your so-called "LIVE CHAT" that is unmanned and therefore not live also availed me nothing) until I put in the word "wife"! Why do I have to call myself someone's wife? I am the insured! Bonkers.

Have used Just Landlords for many years. It's still good value for money, but quality has slipped since the takeover by Gallagher. You can no longer renew a policy over the phone (why ever not??), and the website needs redesigning: there is no prominent "Pay now" button. Also, the address for the property you're renewing does not appear on the first page; you have to hunt for it – a bit annoying if you have more than one property.

thought I'd avoided this lot, but no, I give up and will continue to search for 'cheaper' quotes. This lot replaced rentguard which charged £100/year since 2007 then upped the pricing to 250, so i fell into this lot. still looking...............

I normally change insurance providers every year because they increase prices considerably for renewals. Just Landlords also increased the price but only in line with inflation. I highly recommend using this company.

I have had Insurance with Just Landlords for several years now. They are always super efficient and friendly to deal with. I searched around this year but they are still very competitive so I have decided to stay with them.

Easy to use, competitive rates - no fuss.

The Just Landlords renewal process is very mechanical and seems secure. However, I have two points to raise:
1. Given that you encourage policyholders to renew policies via your website, would it not be more logical to have a section on the website entitled "Renew a policy", which concludes with a "policy renewed" message, rather than having to go through the rather vague "Make a payment" option.
2. While being very modern, using grey text on a grey background, it would be far clearer (to even those with perfect eyesight, I imagine), if black text on a white background were to be used.

Just paid for my renewal online, so easy to do, took less than 5 minutes. Will definitely use this again.
