I would strongly advise against buying from Kaka Shookahs based on my experience.

I purchased a faulty product, and to their credit they agreed to issue a full refund once the item was returned. I promptly returned not only the original product but also the replacement units they had sent.

The problem started after that.

I was told the refund would be processed once they received the returned goods. They later confirmed to their supplier that they had received the products and that the refund had been issued. However, despite this, I still had not received my refund.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails asking for an update, all of which have been ignored. I have been left chasing money that should have been refunded weeks ago, with no communication and no explanation.

A faulty product can happen with any retailer. What matters is how they deal with it. Unfortunately, the complete lack of communication and failure to honour the agreed refund has been extremely disappointing.

I have now been left with no option but to begin legal proceedings to recover my money.

I would strongly advise against dealing with them.

I received a defective batch of charcoal with an unpleasant taste. The company initially agreed to a return and replacement.

After I returned the item, the company went completely silent. I received no confirmation, no replacement, and no refund. After waiting over a week, I was forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Only then did the company respond, not with an apology, but with hostility and blame. They claimed to have sent a replacement (which never arrived and had no tracking) and only processed a refund after seeing the chargeback. Their communication was defensive, unprofessional, and they refused to provide proof for their claims.

Second order,this time not as good as first.I made my order Friday 7:00 AM and paid extra for 1-2 day delivery instead of default 3-5 because I was not sure if they gonna dispatch it that day or just Monday and I wanted it Wednesday as latest. They dispatched it Tuesday! (thats literally 3rd day,sorry but super slow for 2025,why not Monday?). I was disappointed already as I needed it Wednesday and even tho I paid for 1-2 day delivery I knew its not gonna be 1 day,so expected it Thursday. My package was nowhere even Thursday tho and then I got an email at 7:00PM thats its gonna be delivered Friday. I aint no mathematician but order was posted Friday -> delivered next Friday so thats not 1-2 day delivery and if I count only after dispatching thats still Tuesday->Friday =3 days. So why I paid for extra delivery? And cherry on top is that I messaged them Saturday that I wanna change my delivery address through their own website function “contact us regarding this order” and they totally ignored it even tho they had 2 days before dispatching to read it. Disappointed this time kakas! Maybe I will give one more chance somewhere in the future….

After a long research and bad experiences with other store for low quality products, I was hesitant to purchasing from another store. I reached out to kakas on instagram for recommendations and advice which I got a quick response with helpful tips that made me make the right choices picking the shisha pipe I liked with additional accessories. My order was shipped same day on a Friday and I received it on Monday. I was genuinely surprised with good customer experience and fast shipment all I had to check at the end is the product quality and the after care. I loved every product I received, very high quality and good packaging. One of the items I liked to exchange for a different colour which again I had a quick response to resolve this for me. All in all I had a great experience from before placing an order to receiving the order and making sure everything I got is what I really want.. Thanks a lot!
